Horrible. Service department is inept and they do not communicate with you on status of your vehicle. The last service I just had kept my car in for 55 days and I got excuse after excuse why it was taking so long (simple gasket part reordered took 3 weeks to get? Tech was constantly going to FIAT training courses??) plus the fact I would never get updates and when I called, emailed and text I would not get responses. They told me car was ready and when I went to get it, it did the same thing I took it in for!!! WAS NOT FIXED so had to leave it longer. I had to get FIAT corporate involved and they too got to experience the long hold times, the being hung up on, and the no contact back when they asked for returned calls and status updates on my car. Landmark FIAT used to be a great place to buy and service your car. Since they brought in the other 4 lines of FCA automobiles (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram) it is like they have become overwhelmed and literally have shoved FIAT to the side (no longer a dedicated FIAT service adviser and the showroom they built for FIAT is not being used and is blocked by the over inventory of Jeeps and Dodges). I inquired to try out and take home for a day or two a 500x to be told no they wouldn’t let me try it out (they did the first time I bought there). So if they treat a current owner and buyer from there dealership like this I know they won’t treat new customers well at all. It is not a pleasant experience and if you want a FIAT look elsewhere if you can.

I came to Landmark Fiat because I was in the market for a car that was affordable but also that I loved. I had Bryant Davila help me find a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was over for me. I fell in love so quick with that car. He worked hard with me to give me an amazing deal and I was also able to trade my old car in. My old car was pretty much on its last leg and the power steering was shot. It was definitely time for a new car. Bryant was patient and understanding with my car needs. After I did a test drive and asked a few questions, we were able to start signing the paperwork. I cannot say thank you enough to Bryant and the entire staff for being so hospitable while I was there. Everything was explained clearly and everyone there gave me a sincere congratulations. I am so happy with my car and I will definitely be recommending this location to more people. Thank you again to the staff!

I was sent here my Autonation because they did not have a mechanic. The first time I called I got a recording and left a message. On one got back to me. Called a couple of days later and got a voice mail but it said it was full. Called the next day and got a voice Mail again. So the next time I called I got the operator and got connected to service. When I told them the problem they said I would need to wait two weeks for an appointment and I would need to leave the car all day. This would have been very inconvenient, so I decided to try Fiat of Southlake. I got service on the phone the first call. Told him the problem. He said that it would take about 15 minutes to fix and that I could bring it in the next day they were open. It to it in the next day they were open and they had it ready in 25 minutes. I will go there again.

Updating my review. While my car did sit there for an hour, once they got the car into service bay, the oil change was quick and the diagnosis for my issue was also very fast. Luckily they had the parts in stock and overall the repair was quick. I will see how my next visit goes; perhaps the construction will be complete and we’ll see how service sorts out and how the entire process will ‘evolve’.

Very POOR service after the sale. Got a good deal on a 2014 Dodge Ram Promaster cargo van, but the service afterwards was terrible.
After 30 – 40 days had gone by, the finance department contacted me and said the sales contract would have to be voided due to their mistake. They wanted me to finance it through my credit union and I did not want to spend any more time going through a long loan process. We did manage another sales contract. The problem didn’t end there. They never sent the Title work to SCDMV until approximately 2 months later, causing the temporary dealer tag to expire. The lady in their title office was rude, short, unhelpful and needs some customer service training. With today’s unemployment rate, you’d think they could hire better people? Now I find myself operating my service van with expired tags. the DMV said it could be a couple more weeks to process. Demand better of their service should you choose to purchase from this dealer. I did not end up making a purchase here… my husband said noooo Fiat … I experienced a fast approval… the BEST service from Victor… and when he let the GM take a turn. I think his name is Jeff. he was not intrusive… bossy nor annoying which was a breath of air! Very nice people. cutest cars and competitive prices!

For a long time, I dreaded purchasing a car from a dealership because of the HORRIBLE ones I’ve had to deal with in the past while shopping for cars with my family & boyfriend. It’s annoying when you go shopping for a car and end up getting frustrated because of how you’re treated. I’m not sure how some salesmen/​finance managers expect to make sales by being rude to their customers but to each his own I guess. Surprisingly, there are still too many of those rude/​condescending ones out there. This was not the case at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta. Throughout the whole process, I felt pretty at ease, not pressured or being treated with disrespect. Sergiy & Brady at this dealership were so great & helpful (thank you, both!). I briefly met the service manager as well and he seemed really nice. Overall, I’m very happy with the service & everyone I encountered. I really hope that everyone gets the same car buying experience as I did and I highly recommend this dealership.

After buying a Fiat 500 Pop, we went back and bought a 2014 Fiat 500L. The vehicle has turned out to be a lemon because of the faulty dual clutch transmission. After multiple times breaking down, they replaced the transmission. Last month, we had the same problem with the transmission smoking and the car not wanting to move. It only has 25,000 miles but that is 1,000 more miles than the Georgia Lemon Law provides. The Service Manager, Bert Isenbletter, could not have been less caring or more rude. He stated that he had the manufacturer come out to take a look at it and they would get in touch with me. Over a month later with the vehicle in the shop, no call and they don’t seem to have a record of it. Bert said there is nothing they could do, handed me an 800 to call Chrysler, and would not even help us with a good deal to get out of the lemon. The service could not be worse. We had no choice but to pick up the vehicle and hire an attorney. They represent the worse of what doing business with a car dealership is all about and our attorney will handle it with them from here on — I’m done with them. This is a warning to other consumers to stay away!
