Specialties
We sell money-making web properties. Mostly, we sell established websites with visitors, transactions and revenue.
At Latona’s we know that it can be risky buying someone else’s website. That’s why we go through great lengths to help you verify the traffic, revenue and history of the site. All transactions are closed through well known escrow agents. Our expert dedicated website brokers will help you analyze the fundamentals of each deal. We feel that you should know the net present value and your internal rate of return and other fun financial stuff. If you don’t understand those terms, we’ll teach you. If you do understand them, we’ll help make your job easier.
History
Established in 2004.
We started out in the domain name business. Times were good in the early years. Premium domain prices hit an all time high in 2007. In 2008, the economy crashed and everything changed. No one wanted to buy a high priced domain when they could buy cash flow on the cheap because the market was depressed.
So, we made the decision to alter our business model and focus on developed websites with traffic and revenue. We dropped the requirement that the site needed to have a premium domain. We decided to only carry inventory that had cash flow.
It was the best decision we ever made. We have no become the biggest player in the market, selling 10s of millions of dollars worth of sites, every year.
