The ice cream here is excellent. You can tell it is made in small batches by its taste. The confections are also great. Lexington Chocolatier is definitely one of the few establishments in Georgia Tech Square worth checking out.

This is a great little store. The chocolater is VERY nice and is always working. The chocolate is not the best I have had but hey, it is good! However, my favorite is the ice cream. All the flavors are homemade using real chocolate and ingredients(vanilla beans, strawberries, etc) it is actually THEBEST ice cream I have had in the city(infortunately what’s the scoop closed… so not many competitors are available). Don’t even dare go across the street to Marble Slab Creamery, that sucks!

How could I not review James’ wonderful chocolates? I was staying at a friend’s house in Atlanta and lucky for me, James was a good friend of his. Now, let me tell you, James walked into the house with a tray full of chocolates from his Chocolatier and it was ABSOLUTELYINCREDIBLE! The chocolates were just so rich and almost anything and everything was dipped into the velvety chocolate. I’m not a big«sweets» eater so it definitely says a lot about the quality and the awesomeness of the chocolates when I nearly devoured the entire tray. Aside from that… James is a very nice guy. I like him a lot for his chocolates, but even more so for being a genuinely nice guy! If he is offering classes, by all means, get yourself over to Lexington Chocolatier for a class with James! James, if you are reading this, I miss you and have a little confession to make… the bag of Chocolate Covered Popcorn that you gave me to give to my little sister, well, I left that in one of Glenn’s kitchen cabinets. I was trying so hard to hide it so no one could steal and eat it. I was so sad when I realized it on the flight back to Orlando! Um, chances are, the Chocolate Covered Popcorn is probably still in the cabinet.
