I’ve eaten here a few times and each time it’s gotten progressively worse. I always get the same thing which is their wings. The first time I got them I thought they were the best thing I ever tasted. Every visit since it has progressively gotten worse until today they were almost inedible. They were way to burnt had no sauce in them and the chicken was dry and disgusting. However I understand sometimes the food is off one day that’s not why I gave it two stars. Their service sucks the waiters are not friendly. I was trying to be polite to one bartender and she replied with mhm… seriously I work in customer service too and that’s just awful.

We have eaten here several times and always return because it is reliable in terms of food and service. But last night was very disappointing. With no manager to greet us as usual, we waited 5 minutes to be seated, another 10 minutes to order and our drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive. While waiting for our requested booth, I watched the waiter wipe the sweat off his face and then use the same cloth to wipe off our table.
I ordered fish tacos and fired okra — a first and last for me. The fish was overcooked and both my order and my husband’s burger must have sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes — they were just warm and underwhelming. We will not return, which is unfortunate since this is the closest location for us.

Had the Tavern Burger. Delicious and perfectly cooked! Melted in my mouth. Got it with the fried okra – all time best. They bread their okra whole and by hand — not pre-​breaded courtesy of Sysco. Hope to get back here, next time time I am in Atlanta.
