I love creating positive results for people’s minds and bodies by using a blended technique to achieve the session’s intention. I am honored to be a wellness provider, ultimately allowing my guests to gift themselves with something wholesomely holistic.

I finished my training at Georgia Mountain School of Massage in 2008 and have continued in wellness studies and continuing education courses to include proficiency in Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, NMT, Lomi-​lomi, eastern Thai Modified for table work, Swedish, Trigger Point, NMT, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lomi-​lomi; blended techniques for proven results.

Hayden connects with his clients and that makes a huge difference in the results of the massage. I have a regularly scheduled massage every 3 – 4 week. He has a few different styles that I have never experienced in past massages that are very enjoyable. I enjoy his work and from my experience he also enjoys doing it. I have tried a lot of massage therapist in Atlanta and Hayden is the one I am sticking with… Good price and Great Massage.
There is easy free parking and the massage room is clean and quite. If I were to recommend anything, I would say water should be offered after the massage, but that is really my only suggestion.

I have been suffering from bursitis and tendonitis in my shoulders and hip. I needed some deep work done that would start to loosen things up and get blood flow to areas that had been constricted. Hayden did a great job. The session was very relaxing although there was the expected and necessary discomfort that comes with that type of deep tissue work. Hayden was attentive to my needs and checking in to make sure that the work was deep enough without being excessive. Thank you.

Hayden was very responsive and attentive to my massage needs. I liked his inclusive massage, taking different styles and incorporating it into my massage. the location is right next to Piedmont Park and relatively easy to find. the use of coconut oil and keeping his hands warm/​hot the whole massage were pluses. I felt very comfortable and he did not talk to much, or too little (which can be a turn off when getting a massage).

aside from being a great guy overall, Hayden is a skilled and masterful massage therapist. His multi-​pronged experience puts him in another league, since he can draw upon modalities like thai or Swedish or deep tissue with equal excellence. His studio is at a convenient location in midtown near the park, too. It’s important to me that massage therapists maintain the highest integrity and best practices, and he does that. Hayden is also great for home visits if that’s your thing – I like that option since I’m a noodle after he works on me. In a good way! Highly recommended.
