This is by far the best location i have been too, the front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Even though i was 10min late my AMAZING! therapist allowed me to recieve my full session

I cannot base this review on a massage service because I was not able to receive one. This review is solely based on the attitude of the staff. I thought a massage was about relaxation and being treated special for a brief point in the day before heading back out into a road raged filled world. Not here. The sign outside reads «walk ins welcomed» I don’t recommend this. I was turned away in a manner that would make it seem like I was the stupidest person in the world for even asking. A friend gave me a birthday card with cash and told me to go to Massage Envy so I thought I would honor this wish. So I called a few days later and asked if they had an opening the rude gentleman on the phone said no in the same manner I was greeted with a few days prior. The attitude of these people kills me. I have an idea all employees here should get to work an hour before they open and get a massage. It might relax their tight asses. Meanwhile back at Natural Body I was greeted right away with a warm and pleasant greeting. Given green tea and then ushered to my deep tissue massage. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Natural Body I will never stray again! Oh, and a PS. My brother called me to let me know he had just tried to book a massage today at Massage Envy and they told him in a rude manner no and that they only would be taking prefered clients the rest of the day. Sigh.
