Beyond despicable. We live across the street and would rather get in our car and drive to the nearest Mcdonald’s on Northside drive. I literally cheered when I found out that they were closed. Praise the Lord
I have been to McDonald’s all around America, and even other countries, and this is easily the worst McDonald’s in the world I have been to. Perpetually understaffed, what few workers are there seem completely burnt out, food takes forever, food is bad, occasionally no drinks available other than sweet tea, trash is overflowing, and the place has the ambiance of a homeless shelter.

Gave me wrong order, good I checked it otherwise would’ve ruined my beliefs I had ordered a chicken but got beef instead, had to wait for 10 mins to get the correct burger

I echo other reviewers comments about this McDonald’s being by far the worst in the chain I have ever been to. I would venture to say that McDonald’s might close it to save what’s left of their brand reputation. The«15 minute» rule doesn’t seem to be applied consistently because I went in there 2 days ago and it looked like a homeless shelter. They congregate inside and outside of the door panhandling and in all the seats. While I was ordering, I smelled a seriously foul odor, thinking it was coming from the bathroom that is adjacent to the order counter(poor planning). But it wasn’t! A homeless person had taken a S**T ONTHEFLOORINTHEMIDDLEOFTHERESTAURANT then he ran out. It was 8am. I can only imagine what happens at this restaurant at other hours but don’t plan to find out. Save yourself!

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! By far. And I’ve been to a great many number of McDonalds locations. First and foremost, this place is a ghetto mess. You’re only allowed to eat in there for 15 minutes because there are too many«loiterers» hanging around the location. My friend had her drink stolen while we were waiting in line for food! After that, she asked for another drink and the employee at the counter refused to give her one, meekly apologizing to her! She asked for tap water instead and he immediately replied that they don’t give out tap water! We had to ask the manager to give us another drink, and she ordered the employee to do so. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and not willing to help with our requests. The McDonalds corporation seriously needs to review this franchise because it does not live up to their standards. Additionally, the food was rotten! We waited 15 minutes for French fries and they ended up being cold, un-salty, and highly disappointing. I will never get the Mighty Wings again after trying the ones at this location. I hate to trash a restaurant I love, but I’m only doing it so that the McDonalds company will take action to ensure customer satisfaction at all locations. I will NEVER return to this particular McDonalds location, and I recommend staying away if at all possible. If anything, there’s a McDonalds restaurant not far away next to Grady Hospital that has much better standards. That’s all I have to say.

AWFUL! This place is a ghetto mess. Stopped by today to meet a friend for lunch, I sat down and pulled out my Iphone to see when he would arrive. The ghetto manager sent a worker over within 30 seconds to tell me that I had to buy a «coffee or somein’ to sit in heer». LOL, Ridiculous. I texted my friend and told him to meet me in Buckhead! Dirty restaurant. Rude staff, IGNORANT management. One of the worst McDonalds in the chain. Close this place down. Fire all the dummies and hire people with some degree of education.

I hate this McDonald’s. I became greatly familiar with it last year when I won $ 1000 of Mickey D’s gift cards. It’s close to my job and I usually would stop in for breakfast. I like the staff. Most of them are pretty nice. But, the area is questionable. The restaurant itself is small. They have a limited menu. It’s more like a McDonald’s lite. Don’t come here with high expectations. I’ve heard that McDonald’s is trying to make some of their restaurants upscale. This is not one of them.

When I was much younger, I was secure in the knowledge that every Christmas Eve Santa Claus and his eight reindeer would come and put presents under our tree, unless of course I had been naughty. But that was years ago, and I have lost much innocence and gained much wisdom since then. Nevertheless, that hasn’t kept me from searching for new certainties I could be secure in. Like McDonald’s French Fries. It’s been a comfort to me to know that I could be halfway across the world, a Stranger in a Strange Land, and still live in absolute certainty that I could walk into a McDonald’s and enjoy at least halfway decent fries. It was a rock I could cling to through the storms of life, knowing that at least there was one food that nobody could ruin. Alas, this McDonald’s has twice proven me wrong, with fries that looked like that fat hadn’t been changed in weeks and left a bizarre aftertaste in my mouth. It was the tastebud equivalent of getting up at 2AM for a drink of water and encountering Dad with a roll of wrapping paper and a guilty look on his face. And so I continue to lose innocence and gain wisdom, as I search for another of life’s certainties to cling to. Hey, at least the McNuggets were decent.

Normally I don’t like to review chains cause most of their units are too similar, but this one deserves a special review. I’ve never seen a restaurant before that has signs up in the dining room saying that you have 15 minutes to eat or you’ll be forced to leave. One day I want to go here and ask the manager for a job, only if I can be the guy standing in the dining room with a stop watch.
