I have been seeing Dr Greco off and on for years. He does an amazing job and unlike some chiropractic offices he doesn’t make you come back more than needed and resolves the issues. He works holistically, and as an arm amputee I can say he takes my unique musculature into consideration when making adjustments and is very thorough.

Truck driver needed adjusting. I have a membership and seek out the Joints across country! I got Dr Boyd today. Nice man and boy does he know what he is doing! I’m a wired adjustment. He made me feel so good after. He is tough on ya but well worth it! Hope to be back one more time this week! See ya soon

My total ignorance of chiropractics notwithstanding, as a hard skeptic and quackery hound dog to the core, in my mind I have always naively painted the profession with slight splashes of ‘soft science’ bullshit; but after three visits here I have been totally divested of such silly notions. My back pain has been alleviated and I have a game plan of sorts to at the very least diminish future occurrences. I am now a believer.
Dr. Greco really seems to know his stuff, and when queried he’s quick to provide articulate detail about exactly what he’s doing and what purpose it serves. As someone new to this type of medicine, I find his casual yet educational approach very comforting.
He also happens to be a funny and fun kinda guy, so you do leave feeling – as one reviewer put it – a little high after walking out of here. Both Barbara and the other office manager lady are very personable as well. All around it’s been a good experience and I recommend this place.

I’ve been using chiropractic for the past 21 years and haven’t taken an aspirin for any aches and pains. I started chiropractic treatments because I was in a major car accident that left me with permenant whiplash and severe back pain. I’ve been through my fair share of chiropractors and I tried Dr. Greco last week because I overworked my shoulder for an upcoming Crossfit competition. Not only did Dr. Greco alleviated my pain within two visits but I was able to compete the next day after my treatment. I’m a Crossfit coach and Dr. Greco is also a Crossfitter so he understands when I tell him where I hurt. His adjustments are strong which suits me because I feel so much better. I love that he gives me a great adjustment but also uses ART and Graston in conjunction. I was going to a chiropractor off Lawrenceville Hwy in Decatur to get ART and Graston done. Dr. Greco is 10 mins away from my house and he is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! His front office staff is also very friendly.

Holy crap! What the heck was that? The issue that I went in for didn’t even get addressed. Actually, I don’t even think Greco listened to what my issue was even though I told him at least three times through the visit! It seemed like he had a «new patient» routine that he whizzed through with me then kicked me out the door with a ‚“You need to come twice a week for the first month, once a week for the second month, then perhaps twice month following that.” Well, I can assure you that I left without making another appointment.
This was not a therapeutic visit. I was being poked, roughly massaged, and cracked in all the wrong places. I was complaining of pain in the sacrum/​lower back, not my neck, anterior pelvis, and upper back. I was in more pain during the treatment than before I arrived at the clinic.
I felt like Greco’s agenda was to get me in and out as quickly as he could and have me come back for multiple visits. It was all about the money and not about fixing my problem. Next time I’m going to go see an acupuncturist.

I have been going to Dr Greco for over 5 years and he is the consummate professional. He listens to you and does an outstanding job of helping you feel better with whatever is hurting on your body. He and his staff are very personable and a pleasure to see whenever I go which is about once every 3 weeks. In short, Dr Greco is the Dr. I refer to my friends.

Dr. Greco (and the newer Dr. Register) are fantastic chiropractors. I have had various sports-​related injuries over the years and have only recently come across their practice. I’ve been to other chiropractors on occasion throughout Georgia, but I’ve usually just popped a pill and carried on through life. Advil, that is! It’s clear to me that these doctors truly care about their patients’ well-​being. They also understand insurance companies and are very easy to work with financially. I’m also always able to get an appointment at or near the time I want!

Because Dr. Greco has adjusted me three times, I now safely can say that he delivers solid chiropractic care. Located in the Midtown Place shopping center (Whole Foods, PetSmart, The Home Depot) off Ponce, Dr. Greco’s office is tucked away on the bottom level beside the Olive Bistro – and is a tad hard to find.
The problems Dr. Greco consistently has helped me assuage include knee and foot pain, along with an L2 subluxation (related to bowel woes). Compared to the three other chiropractors whose care I’ve sought in the past, Dr. Greco is gentle overall. However, once Dr. Greco instituted the Graston Technique, a painful tactic that indeed works – but hurts. In my case, Dr. Greco used a stainless steel bar (pardon my misuse of chiropractic jargon) to loosen up the tissue around my knee, scraping it back and forth around my kneecap, resulting in bruises. BUT, the Graston Technique, as opposed to manual knee adjustments, gave me the most relief I’ve ever experienced.
Dr. Greco also is a «bowel whisperer» of sorts, jump-​starting my regularity by massaging my ileocecal valve. I didn’t even know that the ileocecal valve existed until Dr. Greco stuck his finger into my abdominal area, where the valve is located – and it sure was tender! (Note to all of you Confederacy of Dunces fans out there – Ignatius J. Reilly’s valve is no joke!)
Another thing that rounds out my fondness for Dr. Greco is his humanity and fairness. I get the impression that he really works with patients in order to offer accessible and affordable healthcare. For example: my insurance carrier doesn’t cover chiropractic care until I reach a deductible, requiring me to pay full price until that point. Until I hit my deductible this year, Dr. Greco only charged me $ 40 per visit – because he didn’t think my having to shell out hundreds of dollars was fair.
I only wish that Dr. Greco would offer more explanations of what he’s adjusting, and what those vertebrae affect on my body while he’s in action. For example, saying, «Oh, you’re tight here, I can tell you’ve been having headaches – I’m going to fix that for you…» — or – «The reason your knee hurts is because this bone is grinding against your tibia.»
I highly recommend Dr. Greco – I always feel high when I leave his office.

Dr. Greco is wonderful and it is always easy to get an appointment there. He is personable, has a great staff, and consistently follows through with his treatments to ensure that any areas that need improvement are getting better.
He takes most insurance plans and will bill them on your behalf. I have only been to one other chiropractor and I’m glad that I found him so I could stop looking.
