Writing a review based on the customer service for this specific location, not the taste and quality of Moe’s food in general. I love Moe’s. I’ve been loyal to Moe’s. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve eaten at Chipotle because I’ve stayed loyal to Moe’s for years. I’ve been to this location only 3 – 4 times but 50−70% of the time SOMETHING is wrong. The incident I had today pretty much had me deciding that I will never go to this location again. Why? Because I shouldn’t have to deal with ANYTHING but to just be able to pick up my food in one peace! I ordered two burrito bowls online. As I went to pick it up I noticed all three sauces that I had ordered were poured onto one of them, which was my colleagues lunch, BUTNOTONMINE. Why were the sauces on the side for one burrito bowl and not for the other??? The reason why I ordered three sauces was because I didn’t know which one my colleague would like, so WHY pour all three into the bowl? There has not been ONE time where my sauces were on my food. They have ALWAYS came on the side in small containers when ordering at Moe’s. I brought it up to the female«manager» and employee and the manager gave me a «WTF» look and pretty much scolded me for not giving specific directions to request for the sauces to be on the side. Why would I do that if the sauces ALWAYS come on the side??? The manager and employee offered to have it re-made but the manager continued to point out the fact that I wasn’t specific about the sauce situation and even pulled out the receipt and pointed at it to confirm what I did not do. It’s not hard to see when someone is being RUDE so I just had enough at that point and told her since it’s such a big deal I’ll just take it as it is and never come back to that location. I just want to be able to pick up my food. That’s all. I don’t want to have to deal with a rude manager in my busy day. Hence the word ‘BUSY’. That is why I ordered online. Word to the female«manager»: don’t scold your customers and be a little nicer to your employees. LOL!

I love my Chipotle, always and forever. But I’ve gotten to like Moe’s after a chance trial when in the area, it’s different with its salsa bar and lively upbeat ambiance that is less corporate and more Mexican. The meats have all the buzz words of health and ethics in their description but it is also the amount of protein and vegetable choices that are amazing(grilled mushrooms, corn salsa, grilled peppers, grilled onions, etc) and the salsa bar is the highlight of the experience: It has 5 – 7 unique flavours like cranberry lime! Definitely worth the trip!

This is a great little place. Mondays feature«Mo’s Monday,» which consists of a Homewrecker burrito, chips, and a drink for about $ 8.00. Very good value. For those from Texas and surrounds, it is very similar to Freebirds, where you can ask for the burrito to be built to your specifications. The roasted corn is the bomb! Nice fresh ingredients. Nice salsa bar that features hot smoky jalapeño, medium salsa, a cranberry salsa(yes I just said that), and a very tasty tomatillo sauce. The cranberry salsa on the chicken burrito is like thanksgiving in a wrap! Very tasty. I very much enjoyed this lunch stop and very glad I found it. Convenient to the corporate park in Wildwood and those businesses on Power’s Ferry. Not terribly crowded and the line moves along. Check it out.

Went in today to pick up an order we had placed online and scheduled for pick up 30 minutes later. Go in and they don’t know what we were talking about. One of the workers said the system is broken luckily I had a receipt to show so they could prepare the order. No one was in the restaurant and it still took 20 minutes to prepare 5 burritos. The worker then argued about the side of queso that was ordered with each drink and didn’t want to provide it. Been here plenty of times during the week but the staff seems sub par on the weekend

This Moes is consistently great. I’ve been going here almost five years now and have never had a bad experience. I moved and there is a Moes closer to my house(Smyrna Market Village) and I will drive to this one instead because it’s that much Better. Good job Moes.

I got here at something like 5pm to kill some time before my weekly trivia game. The place was empty. This location must service a really big lunch crowd. And the dinner crowd must trickle in, later. The lady behind the counter greeted me immediately and completed my order with alacrity. It was simple(a chicken & cheese quesadilla – nothing more). Totally hit the spot. It seemed to me that this sole, hard-working individual was holding down the fort all by herself. But about five minutes after I sat down, three of her colleagues showed up and got to work themselves. The nice lady disappeared soon thereafter. Must have been shift change. None of this last paragraph has anything to do with anything. It’s a Moe’s. This one was fast and friendly. What else do you need?

I’ve been going to Moe’s for some time now. I absolutely love their taco salads with the shell. I normally get the half tofu, half chicken mix with most of the veggie fixin’s and southwest vinaigrette. Their burrito in a bowl is not bad either and actually renewed my taste in guacamole — nice addition. I love this location because it has a drive thru when I don’t have time to dine in. Service is pretty quick at drive-thru and inside. Staff has always been cool and positive when I visited. Bön appetit!

Convenient neighborhood Tex Mex. Never disappointed. I normally go thru the drive thru and take my order home. I’ve been going to Moe’s for a while and this location is just great since it has drive thru.

Pretty standard Moe’s — we stopped here on our way from Indiana to Florida because our kids love their Mini Masterpiece(and it doesn’t make as much of a mess as burgers or chicken nuggets). Would’ve given 5 stars but one MM had a pretty black burned spot on the tortilla.

Pretty standard Moes we’re talking about here. The guy who is always working here isn’t the friendliest. He is always correcting customers on what they are ordering. Close talker personal trainer… Whatever man you know what we mean! They also are really stingy with chips. Sure they’ll refill them as much as you want. However they barely put any in the bowl each time just a little annoying.

I’ve been to Moe’s about a thousand and one times. Its my go to for some good olé Mex. You cant beat a stacked veggie quesadilla AND tortilla chips for $ 4. Well I guess you can at Taco Bell or Del Taco but I’m talking about some good olé fresh-to-order SW Mex. I absolutely love this place [and Southwest Mex food]. I would def give it a 4 with flying colors but because of my experience with its employees, I dropped the bar a little. Hmph, I usually get consistency here but the drive-thru folks really irk me sometimes. There was this one chick that was just rude. I almost threw my change at her. She just had a bad attitude ALL the time. Then there was this young kid who was really cute and flirtatious. My last visit was with a lady who remembers me but this time she tried to act brand new on me. I ordered the King Pin [veggie quesadilla] and forgot to add black beans to it. Ok, so I was running my mouth on the phone at the same time. I pulled up to the window and told her that I wanted to add the black beans. «He already made it» she responded very cold. I asked«Well, can I just get the on the side then?» She exhaled when an annoyed sigh and closed the window on me [to check]. She came back and said«He’s gonna charge you for it». WTF is «HE»?!? and why is he charging me for black beans in a cup when I can add them for free on the quesadilla? I said forget it and told her that I didn’t want them anymore. I took off. I wouldn’t dare pay for a meal with rude customer service. I went back and the same lady was at the drive-thru. Great. Now I have to deal with her rude @$% again! She wasn’t that bad and I remembered to get off the phone and add my black beans to my quesadilla.

I think this might be my 100th Moe’s review, or somewhere in that ballpark. Moe’s does a pretty good job of delivering a consistent experience, and there was no exception at this location. Everything went well, although I think it is becoming standard for the workers to have a little less heart when shouting ‘Welcome to Moe’s!’. Step it up, burrito masters!

I was hoping to get a $ 5 Monday Moe’s special, but they don’t offer that here. They also don’t have beer. Or wi-fi. What they do have are excellent burritos and a fantastic salsa bar(that was low on a couple). It’s Moe’s, but it’s like a not Moe’s. I can’t say I’ll be back.

A Moe’s southwest grill with a drive thru is what’s up. I have my random thoughts about Moe’s in general. I don’t think it is on the level of a Chipolte or even a Willie’s Mexicana. However they are still straight. The food can be off and on. Prices are not wallet breaking. Stay away from the lunch hour rush though, it isn’t worth the gas you bring back to your day job #toiletsitting. But the extra star is for the drive thru. Grade: B

When I rated Southwestern burrito chains, I always ranked them 1. Chipotle 2. Willy’s 3. Moe’s. So I avoided going to Moe’s. My co-workers happened to drag me to this one. I was surprised. Moe’s stepped up their game. I don’t know how recent this was, but Moe’s now has better ingredients. All the ingredients seem to be organically grown. Their meat has no hormones. The beef is grass fed cows. The chicken is cage-free chickens. The pork is grain fed and steroid free. And so on. With these changes, I can taste the difference. Their burritos tasted a lot better. Also, the girl who made my burrito made it well. It didn’t fall apart even after I added a bunch of ingredients. I did find my burrito on the bland side. I think that’s fine. At least I know they’re not overloading their food with salt. Their sodium level isn’t not ridiculously high like the other places. So I’m becoming a fan of Moe’s again. I now rank Moe’s #2 behind Chipotle. Willy’s and their soggy burritos falls to #3. I have to come back here again to see if they’re consistent, but now I give them 3.5 stars.

My co-workers talk about this place like it’s the ONLY spot on this side of town. Eh, well… it kinda is. There’s not a whole lot of choices if you work near here, so I decided one day after work to check them out. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was a pretty nice serving size. Tortilla chips and salsa come with it. I’ve had really tasty tortilla chips and salsa before, but theirs was just ok. The chicken quesadilla was cheesy and good. Absolutely no complaints with that. It was around $ 8. Definitely your standard«tex-mex» food, not the official stuff at all. Jeremy, 1 of the managers, was really cool and inviting. He took his time telling me about the menu and their specials. He wore a huge smile on his face the whole time, dude loves his job, obviously. Overall, I’d definitely come back to this place. ;)

Oh Moe’s you had me at «Welcome to Moes!»! Last night I went to Moe’s for the 5 buck Monday burrito deal and was not disappointed by this location. Upon walking in and hearing the familiar«Welcome to Moe’s!» greeting I knew I had made the right choice for a quick and easy dinner. The staff at this location have always been very friendly, efficient, and ready to serve. They keep this restaurant clean and the food is always fresh and hot. It’s a great place to come for lunch with coworkers or to grab a bag and go.
