I was loyal for years, just about 5 years plus. So at this point when I walk in they know who I am and what I expect. They know my signature and exactly what I’m going to get. I never cause trouble and I’m very courteous. Though the last few times I’ve received unsatisfactory service. Prices varied consistently. One would think, if I come here all the time and get the same exact thing you know what you have to pay. So knowing what I paid previously, I know how much my services are. So when the prices varies one would question it, right? Well I did and apparently it wasn’t perceived well because I was scrutinized and Reprimanded. This had been the 3rd time the prices had varied. I simply wanted to know what I was paying for. The work is good but the service and how they treat loyal customers is why I won’t be returning.

So… not that anyone needs to know my entire background story, but I scraped my foot on an examination chair the day before I flew out of town to be in my best friend’s wedding. I was to wear open-toed heels, of course… and had not yet gotten a pedicure. That was my «F my life» moment for last week. Naails by Natalie(I don’t know why they have the two A’s in the spelling) was my saving grace, though. I left the salon sans infection, with a cute mani/pedi hours before a rehearsal dinner. Thank goodness the aestheticians were courteous about me having a minor injury, and were able to finish my perfect pedicure without completely submerging my foot in the soak basin. I found this spot on a whim, and at a rushed moment. However, once I left, I was pleased with their work — under the circumstances. Apparently, alot of local college students patronize the salon, so they’re used to being fast and efficient. They also prove that you don’t have to be in a ritzy neighborhood to get world-class service.
