I have been going here since I started school at Emory. I always feel calm and happy here and am always warmly welcomed by the staff when I go in. Every service I have had here is wonderful– including brows. It isn’t the most glamorous looking salon but it is clean and comfortable.

Really amazing service. I used to go to jazmine spa at Emory Point, but this place is way better in my opinion. I got shellac manicure, a hand massage, a head massage, and eyebrows waxed for $ 36. Complimentary bottle water, and the(I think) owner, gave me an apple. They also put the name of my polish on a card and told me to call them if anything happens to one of the nails. Will be back!

Feng does an amazing job! I have been coming to this nail salon(located right next to Kroger) for 3 months and am always blown away by how beautiful a job she does.

They are so amazing and super friendly! Prices are great and the services they offer are amazing. Ask for Tom if you would like the new organic powder nail polish. It dries instantly and is a healthier replacement for gel nail polish. Phon also gives amaaaaazing massages. She makes you feel like you just left an expensive spa.

I just stopped in for the first time to get a gel manicure($ 20). There were about six other customers but there was no wait. I have very short nails right now, and I was looking for something conservative/work appropriate. They have a big selection of polishes. My manicurist(Feng?) was gentle and meticulous with filing and painting. She was really pleasant, didn’t try to up-sell over and over, massaged my arms, and gave me a bottle of water. She squared off my nails and rounded the edges. It looks great and it was really quick. I’ll update in a few weeks to say how long it lasts.

This place is so disgusting and it’s prices are similar to much better places in the area(like the nail place in Toco Hills or Passion in Inman Park). I got a manicure here, and while the staff was friendly, the place was disheveled. I was actually concerned about sanitary level of the items they were using. Definitely would not return and I highly do not recommend.

I have been here twice. The ladies who work here are so nice and friendly. This is definitely a bustling shop, but they are great at working you in as quickly as possible. My first trip here I got a gel manicure($ 28) and my second time I had my gel taken off and a regular manicure put on($ 16 total). My first visit was great. The lady was fantastic — used all the right tools to take off the gel that was on my nails and put on new gel. My manicure looked great for a solid two weeks. They use freshly cut lime here as part of the manicure and have hot towels to wipe off your hands. Both great touches! My second visit was not great. First off the lady used the normal tools to scrape off my gel polish along with her nails. No joke. She took her nails and used them to scrap the gel crap off of my nails. This made me uncomfortable. My regular manicure was okay, but didn’t even make it through the day without looking smudgy and chipped. Take home — your service really depends on who you get.

I feel reallllly bad giving this place a bad review since they’re nice and my roomie never has a problem, but I feel like I owe it to the women of Unilocal to let them know I was BADLY burned when I had my eyebrows waxed at this place. The woman was nice, it was cheap, and i figured the sting was just the sting I always feel… but hours later… everyone was asking me what happened to my eyes? Not good… might give it another shot since all the other good reviews…

Just a note, the address in the Unilocal listing is correct for Briarcliff Rd, but it’s not in the Downtown area, it’s in Toco Hills/Emory area… I live really close to this location and have been here more times than I can count. They have a HUGE selection of nail polish, which is great if you’re into that kind of thing. I’ve never ever had to wait to get a mani/pedi, even when they’re busy. I’m not sure where they get all the staff but I swear it’s like they just keep coming out of the backroom somewhere. On to the service… My mani/pedi always turns out fine. I always manage to ruin a manicure in less than a week and theirs holds up to that standard of mine. Their pedicure lasts until I have to get another one due to nail growth. Seriously, it’s durable, ladies! This is also one of the few places I trust to wax my eyebrows. There is one lady there, Tammy, who does a great job waxing and then trimming my eyebrows and it’s way cheaper than getting it done at the salon. I think the eyebrow wax is only $ 7. This place isn’t a spa, it’s a no frills nail salon, but you get a good mani/pedi at the average going rate.

Nails & More is decent salon that avoids being pretentious. The ladies are meticulous with their services, offering flawless waxing, manicures, or pedicures. This salon also has reasonable prices. I love swinging by with my friends to get manicures. Don’t worry about arriving spontaneously as it’s never too crowded and you don’t need to make an appointment. Having a bad day? Cheer up at Nails & More. It’s probably better for you than dropping by Cold Stone.
