Natural Body Day Spa

I LOVE Airica C. at Natural Body Day Spa at the Omni Hotel, CNN Center! She’s very educated and understands the needs of delicate skin such as mine. I have had one or two facials in my life before this experience and after telling them both that I had sensitive skin, they insisted on using products — natural extracts or otherwise — that burned my face during the process and had to be removed promptly! Once I left Natural Body, I had a TRUE glow, and not that Samantha Jones chemical peel «glow.»
Ms. Airca C. not only guarantees gentleness with facials but also waxing, which somehow, does not seem to be as «stunning» as other *ahem* bikini services that I have received.
The only thing that I miss about this Spa are mani/​pedi services BUT as Ms. Airica is also full of info on local beauty/​luxury services, she can point you in the direction of the nearest, well kept and up-​to-​date service providers in the area.

I have lower back pain. I have had it for years. My neck was bothering me for a week, so I booked an appointment here for a half hour massage. My massage therapist’s name was Daniel.
Daniel is a magician. This was not one of those ‘relaxing, walk out feeling sleepy and well’ toy massages. This was a ‘work through the stiffness and discomfort and walk out feeling cured’ massage. It wasn’t my lower back that was causing the pain, he said. He started at my legs and worked his way up, and it all relaxed — eventually.
Afterward he even took the time to show me stretches that will keep me from getting so tight. I highly recommend this place.
They do relaxation massages too, but I haven’t had one of those. If you’ve got back pain, and want relief… I recommend this shop and Daniel in particular, above all others. The place is nice, centrally located in mid-​town, has ample parking and lots of products. But to be honest, I didn’t care about any of that. I got results, and thats all that matters to me :)
