Unprofessional and inexperienced. Went to get eyebrows done and the lady was rude and not willing to do her job to make it right. Stay away! Destroyed my eyebrows and on top of that, made excuses and starting arguing about why she is right. Stay away. Owned by Indians that do not have the midtown quality of service. The lady was not well dressed and her own eyebrows and nails were in terrible shape. Up close she had bad body odor. Not clean. Better to go to another place and pay more and get the right service from people that care about themselves and their quality of work.

As far as brow threading goes, some people are great at it, some are good and some are ok. This was my first visit and it was a good experience. Although on a busy street they do have designated free parking in the lot next to the building which is a plus. The salon is very well kept and the services are very reasonable. My brows looked good, nothing that blew my mind, but I will defintely go back.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about a year now and I’m Very happy. Clean salon, great service, well priced, and conveniently located in midtown!

I went in here for the first time earlier today, and afterwards immediately knew I had to write a review. My brows have never looked this great! The few other times I’ve had them threaded(I usually do them at home for fear of having a professional give me Chola brows), they ended up a little thinner than I preferred, but not this time. The lady that did my brows, Rose, was very nice and even filled in a few naturally sparse areas for me when she was done. It was only eight bucks, but I would’ve paid twice that for the quality of work. This will be my go-to salon for brows and possibly other services since they do hair, facials, waxing, etc. You should definitely try them!

You know. I always get nervous when I let strangers thread my brows. I mean if you mess up, it takes a while to recover or some excellent make-up techniques. Soo anywho, saw this place and looked at my brows and decided to take a chance. There was no wait(on a Saturday afternoon mind you) and Anisa politely listened to what I asked(although I am sure she’s like I got this!). She cleaned me up, let me take a look, asked if I wanted anything different, then applied some cream. I highlight this part because it was the first time I had my brows and temple area«massaged» of sorts. It was excellent and surprisingly I wasn’t red like I normally am. Then the icing on the cake — she asked if I wanted her to slighly fill in my brows. I was hesitant, but she said it will be natural and provide a fuller look. I gave it a try adn LOVED it. I bought the eyebrow gel they used THAT day. She gave me some tips on how to use it and I was set. It’s the best $ 10 investment I’ve made in a long time. Summary: Amazing brows and nice touch to fill them in! Anisa was awesome

I love getting my brows threaded, and the thread is always held by mouth for tension… was confused by another review.

I live in midtown and it’s annoying that there aren’t any convenient places to get eyebrows done. Coming from NYC, I’m a fan of threading and this place is $ 6! The technician is good and because it hasn’t been there long, I never have to wait. Today, I’m also trying their hair services. I’m Black with natural hair and doing a blow out, so we’ll see how it goes!
