I have been seeing Dr. Neal for 10+ years, and really appreciate the personal attention he is able to provide by being a solo practitioner in a small office. He is kind and gentle. I have referred several friends to his practice, and they too are happy. I notice that the previous negative review is very recent., and suspect that the reviewer’s bad experience is connected with a former, low-​performing office manager that no longer works for Dr. Neal, combined with a family emergency that happened in that week that caused Dr. Neal to need to cancel his appointments. (I know this because I too had to have my appointment rescheduled that week.)

Just Awful… The practice is beyond antiquated and still uses 1980s film X-​rays. Good luck with him showing up on time or at all he is known to cancel at the last minute because of some ridiculous excuse. Be prepared for simple dental procedures to take hours which should take minutes at other dental offices and on top of it all they are more expensive than most. Ask around if anyone goes to there??? Probably not for a reason.
