I would not recommend using these guys for you business’ sale or leasing service. First, they agreed to 6 months free but it took so long to get the lease signed by their office, it ended up only being 4 months and they wouldn’t renegotiate, saying it was 6 months from the start of negotiation.
Second, the place was a dump so they said the free months were to help cover costs of my buildout. In the end, it ended up costing more just to get it up to code.
Lastly, the sale’s representative, Mark, creeped out three of my customers. Almost lost their service. Kinda funny, they thought he was a late 80’s pornstar… regardless was pretty unprofessional being flirtatious with our clients.
I’ve even heard from other tenants about their experiences — some similar. One even said Newburger-​Andes have a sign in front of one of their building for their own advertisement but haven’t provided the tenants with a sign for their own since Newburger’s take up the front lawn.
All in all. Wouldn’t recommend them.
