Old Navy Clothing Store

I arrived late one night in a rush to buy some cute little dresses and a colourful hoodie for a long road trip I was taking the next morning. There were few staff there (maybe 3 visible) and those that were present were very busy, not the usual, «welcome, can I help you find something» that is the norm at other locations (i.e. Cobb Parkway). After 30 minutes I couldn’t find the hoodies. Seeing they were about to close in 30 mins and not wanting to be one of those people who is still wandering around 10 til close I grabbed two dresses and went to the front of the store. It was very hard to figure out exactly where the line was as there were just people crowded around the 1 person at checkout… a guy who was clearly tired. He looked at me and I smiled. Another family was standing around near him so I paused and stood about 3 feet behind them. It took a long time as they had several things they were returning and exchanging.
As he helped them another line formed on the other side of the register. When he completed their transactions people in the other line rushed to him. He then looked at me and asked if he could help me. I stated I wanted to buy the dresses I was holding. He said, «the line is over there» (pointing to a different area where the second line had formed). I’m not really sure what to think about that. I think he could have said, «I’m so sorry you didn’t know where the line was» or anything to be a bit more accommodating given he saw me standing there for quite some time. That coupled with the lack of assistance, the extreme fatigue that seemed to plague this particular ON have left me very unhappy. I’ve decided not to return to this store.

Good Old Navy. Store was clean enough, maybe needed to be organized better. You can get good deals esp with their card. Good service.

Old Navy lost a regular customer tonight I called in and asked him to hold me a certain item at the front desk that I was on my way I get there at 3 minutes till 10 before they close to pick up the item and the doors are locked at 9:57, all the store associates are just staring at me when I’m trying to get in the door talking to them for 5 minutes and before they let me in the manager Charlie SAT there and bold faced lied to me and I told him I got here at 9:57 my pants were at the front desk can you please let me in to check out he lied and said the cash registers were shut down by a customer walked up to check out I explain them through the door that my pants were the front I wanted to check out and go that I just called somebody he was so rude he went to the cash register and said it’s 10 o’clock printed out a receipt paper showing the time I showed him my phone and said sorry I can see if 10 o’clock but I’ve been sitting out here since 9:57 when I got your 9:57 the doors were locked and he said no they weren’t they were locked at 10 which was a lie because he what even if there needless to say he let me in the door and gave me a lecture about he wants to go to his family when I have been sitting up in those doors for 6 mins before he let me in when I went in there to grab my pants they werent even at the front so the associate show me where they were on the wall the whole time I can hear the associates talking bad mouthing me I will never come back here again Charlie was very rude and all the associates did not show me any courtesy and all 0 stars for this place 0 stars

I like Old Navy but really… two cashiers at this location on a Saturday morning during a Clearance sale? Poor planning on part of the management.

I was very disappointed at this location. I’m a regular Old Navy customer that is a card holder. I received an email this morning that stated card holders get an additional 40% off the entire purchase.
This location was extremely disorganized and messy. Shoes were lying all over the floor, pants were incorrectly marked and scattered about and the baby section was a disaster. I did manage to dig thru their inventory and find a few items to purchase.
However, the cashier was the worst part of the experience. While he was ringing up my items, I informed him I was a card holder and I wanted the 40% applied to my order. He told me to scan my card and the total remained the same. I told him my discount wasn’t applied and he got an attitude. He said I had to sign the screen so he could then give me back a credit. Huh?!? I’ve worked retail before and a void would have been my next step and then start over. I’m going to double check my statement tomorrow to confirm I received this credit of 40% of my order. 40% = about $ 45 so we aren’t talking a small amount.
It’s a shame that this location has gone downhill. This used to be my preferred location when I lived in the area. Now I will never go back.

I had a lot of time to kill waiting for the rain and traffic to lighten up, so I went shopping! The store wasn’t busy with just a handful of other people, but it was so disorderly. The only item I decided to buy was a pack of socks that were priced as 2 for $ 10 (otherwise, it’s one for $ 12). Say what??? Sounds like too good of a deal, so I had to verify and make sure. The girl at the register read the sales sign and did a price check for me. It wasn’t 2 for $ 10, but she said it was 40% off $ 12 and left me to remove the sales sign. I decided to get them anyway but there was a different gentleman at the register by this point. He rang me up at ~$ 13 and I mentioned the price the other girl gave me just a minute prior. He let out the biggest sigh and began tapping at the touch screen monitor so hard I thought his finger was going to fall off. I would have been just fine with walking away, back into the rain, with no socks and no attitude from Mr. Cashier 2 624 699.

Sometimes you can find really nice items at Old Navy. Their jeans fit pretty good and seem to be made with the right amount of stretch,;-) You can also find cute separates like tops and skirts that you can mix and match with other items in your wardrobe. I try not to buy anything at this store that’s not on sale or on clearance, because the material and make can be a little «cheapy» at times, but if you have a good eye for fashion, you can find some pretty decent items.

Old Navy is Old Navy. Good deals on some things, overpriced on many others. Some things are stored neatly, others are thrown about and you have to search for them. My most recent trip was to get school uniforms for my son and to find a couple of weekend things for him to wear. It’s very difficult to find a Medium (size 8) these days! The table was full of S, L, XL, but only found 1 Medium out of all of the available colors! The service is usually friendly and we found a couple of deals on the clearance aisle. It’s not one of my favorite places to shop, but it gets the job done.

This place is so unorganized that the chaos makes me absolutely livid. For this store to be in such a nice area of town, it is ghetto and disgusting. Nothing is on the right hangers and it is nearly impossible to find anything in this store. This Old Navy should be the rejects warehouse because it is where all the left over clothes and ghetto-​fabulous people are.
Man! WTF happened to Old Navy?! It used to be such a great store with good quality clothing.

I like to stop at this Old Navy on my way home from work.
I have tons of Old Navy clothes… they are just really good for basic pieces. They have nice cheap flip-​flops too.
Sometimes I’ll go in, and want to spend $ 100 bucks, other times, I can’t find anything. They tend to follow some goofy trends.
