Midtown Atlanta’s most elegant private event venue, Olmsted offers two floors of multi-​purpose event space, perfect for your next corporate event, wedding or social gathering. Olmsted is surrounded by a beautiful private garden and outdoor patio. The entrance to Olmsted is conveniently located on the north side of the elegantly designed 1180 Peachtree building. Our private event space consists of floor-​to-​ceiling windows which overlook the garden and banquet levels that provide uniquely elegant and flexible meeting and event spaces for any corporate or social function.

Piedmont Room

With a contemporary artistic design, the floor-​to-​ceiling windows of the Piedmont Room offer spectacular views of the private garden. A full bar and patio round out this flexible event space.

Crescent Room

Designed for both business meetings and casual affairs, the Crescent Room offers sweeping views of Midtown Atlanta from its multi-​purpose event space.

Meet the Business Owner

David M.

Business Owner

Marvin’s professional career began as a graduate engineer on the docks of Electric Boat Naval Shipyard. Ten years into his career, Marvin transitioned from construction to real estate. He holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is active on several civic boards, including the Atlanta Rotary Club, the Central Atlanta Progress Executive Board, the West Side Tax Allocation District Advisory Board, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau Board, the Atlanta Hospitality Association Board, and the Luckie Marietta District (founder).
