I work in property management, and this place truly is as bad as you’ve read.
What got me was the awesome floor plans. They have some really unique floor plans for a decent price point, but knowing what I know now, I would have certainly made another apartment home choice and I’m still considering lease break options.
I selected the apartment identical to the 2 bedroom model for all of the natural light and openness from the kitchen to the living area. The foyer makes the apartment feel inviting. This is where ther 1 star came in. 1 star for layouts. Great job.
The construction sucks, and you can hear noise from every which way: hallway, neighbors, streets, etc. In addition to this, I hear fire truck sirens like clock work every single day. Early morning and late at night. In addition to this, I hear cars honking their horns for sometimes 45 second non-​stop intervals. Again, like clockwork. Late at night and early in the morning. The leasing staff never conveyed this to me, and I asked if there were any issues with certain units that I should be aware of. Nothing conveyed. Tons of issues. From the door being kicked in and then wood glued as a repair option.
I called, emailed, and dropped by the leasing office requesting a copy of my lease and lease termination options. Have I heard back? Absolutely not. If you’re looking for a property that ignores emails, phone calls, uses dog feces as fertilizer for concrete throughout the property, then this is the place for you!

Absolute worst place to live in Atlanta!!! Maintenance stole my laptop and my gold watch while doing routine maintenance all while I was in my BEDROOM!!! Who knows what they would’ve stolen if I wasn’t home. And the «groundskeeper» (JARVIS) Who was ironically performing the routine «maintenance» still works for the company!!! I’m moving immediately do not move here!!!

I don’t recommend this community.
Overall this place deserves 1 star only. Just don’t move in if you have other viable options. The parking is a dangerous disaster, my car has been broken into twice, suspicious/​homeless people constantly club room, my neighbors are inconsiderate (loud music, illegal drug use, don’t clean up after their pets). High turnover rate with management and incompetent office staff.
Move in at your own risk.

You do not want to live here or any other Alliance community. The leasing office has a rotating door of staff. Mgmt changes almost monthly. Maintenance is slow and unprofessional. My apartment door was left open three times by maintenance staff. The community overall is dirty. The halls are stained and smell like weed. Trash is everywhere. Police are constantly on the property due to a break-​in or domestic disturbance. This community is unsafe and the garage gate is always broken. Definitely more cons than pros.
YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!

I will be relocating from another state and was in town trying to nail down an apartment. I read the bad reviews but tried to give the property a chance. This property ruled themselves out. I called 10 times over the course of an hour & a half on Friday a. m and it seems they cannot be bothered to answer the phone. You’d think new residents would be a priority. (I’m guessing current tenants aren’t a priority either!)
This leads me to believe all of the bad property reviews and complaints of poor customer service on google,
and on here are true. If you can’t be bothered to answer the phone now, you definitely don’t deserve my money. NEXT!
