This place was great. I arrived at 9:30 and had my food by 9:45. The bar tender Sean or Shawn took care of me and remembered my name the entire time, even though they were busy. Their credit card machine stopped functioning properly and the manager Jessica jumped right into action as well as the staff processing the transactions manually. The food was great the service was great but the teamwork and professionalism of the staff blew me away. You have to come check this place out.

Very nice spot to eat and test when you have a long layover. Our waitress Paige was so pleasant! Loved having her. We had the hot and sour soup, chicken chow mein, and chicken lettuce wraps. All very good. It was just nice to have an actual sit-down meal and not be rushed.

I always get take away from here when I’m flying out of Terminal A– healthy food options. They are only getting 2 stars because the last time I ordered Shrimp they substituted with Chicken and it was too late to return since I was on my flight. Here I am again and I asked the young lady at the desk to please write in capitals ‘Shrimp’ since I had the bad experience from last time. She just explained the difference that the scallions are cut in their dishes with shrimp vs chicken, so «I» will know for next time! Uggh! They aren’t paying attention since their coworkers eat and cavort at the entry way of restaurant. Editing this review cause they have already messed up my to go order. I only ordered two things. Terrible Friday afternoon take away service… it better be Shrimp

Didn’t think you could go wrong with a PFCHANGS, so I didn’t check my Unilocal.Food don’t taste right and didn’t seem properly cooked. Gave it two stars because the server was nice. Travel through Atlanta a lot, won’t be back to this restaurant.

Ok, it’s official. Ricky is the best bartender and Tanya is the worst. I sat with an empty glass for 20 minutes until it was time to catch my flight. Then sat with my cc on the bill for another 20 minutes waiting for Tanya to stop goofing off. Manager on duty is absolutely clueless. Staff is sure having fun though, flashing their cash tips and talking smack to one another. Here is my tip — walk in and ask for Ricky –if he is not on duty, turn around and leave.

Our waiter, George, was so fantastic! He was informative and helpful. He first worried about how much time we had till our next flight. It made the lunch experience happy and satisfying. We loved EVERYTHING he recommended, including my mojito. Yum! I’ll be looking for him on my next stop at ATL, which should be soon.

Three stars for service alone. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food was below average for what you’d find at a typical PF Chang’s. I ordered the orange peel shrimp along with crab wontons and my brother got sweet and sour chicken. This airport location offers a limited menu, but still manages to have a decent variety. Additionally, they have full bar. Space is limited and my large purse was bumped several times by the waiters, so if you’re carrying luggage(which is highly likely since this is an airport) then expect your stuff to be bumped around if you’re seated at a table. Request a booth. Again, the food is not amazing, but if you want a full meal and you have a some extra time to waste, its not the worst choice.

Nice stop when laying over. The menu has gluten free options listed which is nice. Sometimes finding gluten free food while traveling is like going on a scavenger hunt. The view from the seat was good looking out at all the action in the runway. Plus there were plugs at the seats. Always a nice feature so that you can plug in your iPad and watch what you want. The service was good. The server even offered me a to go drink. Again nice considering the price of a soda at one of the shops.

3 stars for food, but 5 for service, leaves us with this 4 star rating. The food wasn’t like I remembered from pfs at «home», but as far as airport food goes, it was good. I needed to catch a flight so I appreciated that it came out quick. I got the chicken lo mein… chicken had a cheap kind of taste/texture– but the all over flavor of the lo mein was OK. I sat at the bar and must mention Shawn, the bartender. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. After a long day of travel, it was comforting to have such good service. Kudos to the bar staff here for sure.

We stuck in Atlanta for a few hours since our flight was delayed and decided to grab dinner at a sit down place. It’s a large restaurant that resembles a mall restaurant. There was a ½ wait on a random weekday afternoon but in the case of an airport, there is always going to be a wait. We decided to skip apps and nurse an alcoholic beverage each. For entrees we split the Sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Both came with a side of brown rice. The order came out within 15 minutes. It matched any other PF Changs I have been to. Each dish tasted fresh and was loaded with sodium(all the more delish… I kid). The service was surprisingly good. Their prices were very high(above any previous PF I have been to). It is a good option to kill some time, enjoy a beverage and have an Asian meal.

It’s great to find PF Changs at Hartsfield airport in Atlanta. It’s tucked away in back as you get off the elevator in Terminal A. There’s signs but if you move too quick off the elevator you might miss it. So don’t be in a hurry. I went at the heart of rush hour and the place was packed. The quality and taste of the food was the same that you’d expect from other PF in the chain and probably the best option in Terminal A. Service was pretty quick. In all it took 35 minutes from sitting down to walking put the door. I had the chicken lettuce wrap, which was more than enough for me. So slow down and take the escalator to PF Changs in Terminal A.

Rating this on an «airport survival«curve it gets 3 stars. Outside of the airport it would get one star. I like P. F. Chamg’s consistency of quality in locations from Sarasota to Salt Lake City. So what could possibly go wrong? Maybe it is just an issue with what I ordered(pad Thai — a foolish choice in retrospect), but it was highly spiced with Southern spices(peppery) and had only a passing resemblance in flavor to the real dish. A few tiny peanuts(can’t they come up with peanuts in Georgia!!) Large portion, but I had no interest in eating more than needed to survive the layover. Noisy and crowded, but I accept that for an airport eatery. Plates plunked down on table in flyby service — well, then why suggest tips ranging up to 22% on the checks? Maybe I should have just gotten Starbucks and roughed it out till my final destination. ATL is not an airport with good options. Give me Legal Seafood in Boston, or Carrabas in Tampa, etc. Etc. Etc.

Had some time during our connection and came here for a quick bite. Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Buddhas Feast and Wonton Soup did not disappoint. Service was great as they got us in and out quickly. Very clean and great break from the chaos that is Atlanta Airport.

Well it’s perfectly fine. I’m happy to eat here if I grade on an airport curve and don’t think too much about the limited menu and prices. Service was solid, food was competent … not much to hate or love as long as you don’t expect the«full P.F. Chang’s chain» experience. You could do far worse, though as usual, I highly recommend having someone else actually pay for the meal.

Found PF Changs on gate guru. At 9:30am they were serving their full menu not just breakfast. Ordered a lemon grass chicken salad without avocado, but was disappointed to find crunchy tortilla strips on top not advertised on menu. Sea bass was delicious, one of the best airport meals I’ve had. Also had buddy’s feast steamed which was kinda boring but served its purpose. Sides of spicy green beans and spinach were delicious. Take out order was ready in 10 mins, which was super helpful.

Fried wontons came out completely burnt, spicy chicken was«ok.» Service was very good and friendly. Initial soy sauce container was delivered completely filthy, although server did clean it when she noticed. Overall I’d pass on this pf changs unless you’re just seriously craving it.

Best stop in ATL airport. Great place for a quick bite with plenty of outlets to charge your phone. The only regret I have for the airport location is it is a shorter menu than normal locations. Most of the favorites are there, but I really miss the fried banana dessert. I love the sesame chicken or the changs chicken with a side of garlic green beans.

Located in Terminal A and opposite the food court, PF Changs is a good choice for those that have a little extra time to grab a quick meal and/or drink. Atmosphere: this PF Changs always seems to be jammed packed, but I always find a seat at the bar or side table(there are usually waits for regular tables and booths). Staff: the staff are friendly, particularly the bartenders(ask for Shawn), who always introduce themselves and ask my name. This place is busy, so expect to navigate around a lot of luggage and people, but the staff do a good job of making you feel comfortable. Food: this is a typical PF Changs, however, I found that the Honey Crispy Chicken is not good at this location. I would however recommend the dumplings and chicken lettuce wrap… taste exactly like other franchise locations. Finally: if you have a layover and want to grab a good, quick meal and/or drink… this is a good place to go! Note: in general, I give PF Chang’s 3 stars, but considering this location is at the airport, it gets an extra star because it’s an upgrade to the other fast food options in the terminal. Good luck and safe travels!

Who said airport food and service had to be less than Great? I’ve been diamond three years in a row, have eaten at high end restraints across the globe… But this location remains one of the best places. The quality are service is always spot on!

Best in Atlanta airport! Ricky behind the bar is the best server in the airport. Combined with good food– this is the only place to eat on concourse A.

This P.F. Chang’s is a big improvement over the Chili’s that occupied this space for many years. The menu is a reduced version of the real P.F. Chang’s menu, and is sadly missing our favorite rib appetizer. But the superb tuna tartare starter made up for it. This was the best thing I’ve had at a P.F. Chang’s. Service was friendly and efficient, so we were in and out in time to easily make our connection.

Average P. F. Chang’s — large portions but overpriced food. I ordered the Shaking Beef. It was around $ 18 for stir fried beef with lots of vegetables. The service was good until the end — the waiter charged my friends incorrectly and it took him way too long to figure out what happened and how to correct it.

Always excellent food. Since we are no where near a PF Changs I need to take advantage of these opportunities. Here at the Atlanta airport concourse A. Very comfortable. Had ahi tuna tartare beautifully presented and fried pork potstickers. So good!

Meh and fiddlesticks, I say! I’m not a fan of bourgeoisie ethnic fusion restaurants, nor do I care for chain restaurants. That bias aside, this was the most expensive, pretentious and thoroughly mediocre lunch I recall. I will give them points for the brown rice without an up charge. The menu was limited, to the point that I couldn’t find a non-sugary/battered dish with vegetables. You know, like the stir fry so ubiquitous in Chinese cuisine. I’ll not return.

The hubs and I strolled in as we passed through the Atlanta airport. It «hit the spot» and was very tasty. The manager even provided hand sanitizer! The food was very yummy as expected. Met our need perfectly and we left filled. Hubs cracked some jokes with the waitstaff and they weren’t in the«joking mood»… But they were fast and efficient!

The location is amazingly convenient for travelers. We had to queue for 10 minutes for a table. The hot and sour soup was a bit too salty. The Pad Thai was very tasty! On balance we would be back.

SATISFACTORYPITSTOP I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, but that’s just about all you’ll find in an airport. This place will do in a pinch although it’s far from exquisite. It’s busy, rushed actually, and the food is rather average. It’s a limited menu compared to the«normal» P.F. Chang’s. My wife & I had the Singapore Street Noodles and the Fried Rice. Both were average.

I love PF Changs. This is a chain restaurant. it is a little more upscale than your typical Chinese restaurant. Their lettuce wraps are delicious. It has chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts and more. It’s a little piece of heaven in every bite. We have tried numerous items and we have never been disappointed. Service is always excellent no matter what location we visit

I’m a fan. I travel a lot and spend a ridiculous amount of time in airports. Any time that I can get an actual meal(not fast food or to-go) I am going to be happy. I consistently stop in here when I am connecting through ATL which is on average twice/week. The service is friendly and fast. The menu is a little smaller than other restaurants but that makes sense because it’s a smaller location and they need to push product out their door. It’s all about efficiency here. The chicken lettuce wraps are good, the spicy chicken, even the sushi was pretty decent. I would pass on the honey shrimp next time around… the texture was off and the sauce was overwhelming. Grab a seat at the bar or along the windows and you won’t be bored!

I’m so glad I discovered the PF Chang’s in the Atlanta airport. I’ve actually never been to a PF Chang’s…I’m usually kind of snobby about chains, but have always been told good things about this one. I figured, there I was in an airport at lunchtime, with a PFC’s before me. No time like the present. I got my food to go. The hostesses who took and delivered my order were very friendly. Maybe I’m just not used to being treated nicely in airports. Maybe I’m just a sucker for being called«sweetie». But kudos to PFC for delivering the same level of service you’d expect in a non-airport restaurant. I appreciated that my to-go lunch was packaged for minimal mess on the plane. I ordered a bowl of won ton soup, and they put the broth and solid ingredients(won tons, shrimp, fresh spinach, etc) in separate containers. That was really good thinking on their part! The broth was so hot that packaging it together in the same container might have caused the ingredients to over cook while I waited to board my plane. Also, I personally thought it was nice to know that my soup was made to order instead of sitting in a pot for 3 days. Since I took mine to go, I can’t comment much on the inside of the restaurant except for to say that it contained a full bar and had a trendy, bustling vibe. I’m sure you could find some work space there, but it might be hard to concentrate. Bonus: they gave me two fortune cookies. I would definitely stop in again if I fly out of the same terminal.

This place has one thing going for it: it has a slightly quieter and nicer atmosphere than the food court at the atl airport. Other than that, Im not impressed. Also, the operative words here are«slightly quieter and nicer». It’s still the atl airport so its still going to be some level of crazy and the seats are practically on top of each other. I didnt deduct stars for that because thats not the restaurant’s fault and there’s only so much you can do about that when youre in the world’s busiest airport but I did want to at least put that out there since some of the reviews make this place sound like a zen oasis and thats not the experience I got. Chinese food has never been my favorite but I used to like the occasional dish from PF Chang’s since it doesn’t taste like standard Chinese take out. However, I was instantly disappointed when I saw the menu at this PF Chang’s. It seemed very limited and none of the dishes I used to order were present. I don’t know if this location has an abbreviated menu since it’s at the airport or if all locations have changed the menu but I hope it’s not the latter. My disappointment continued when I got my food. I used to love their dumplings because they came in a spicy chili sauce. The new dumplings aren’t bad but they do taste just like standard dumplings at any random Chinese place. The chili sauce was what made them previously stand out. My entrée was downright bad. I got the shaker steak which was supposed to be served in a lime marinade but I didn’t taste anything other than extreme saltiness in this dish. Also, it was burnt in some places. I could see this being a decent place to grab a drink and escape the crazy of the rest if the atl airport but do not go for the food. Don’t have too many drinks though because there’s no bathroom in the restaurant; you have to go back down into the airport to use the bathroom which is super annoying and also contributed to my decision to give this place two stars..

Summary: Skip the loud market-style offerings in the rest of the terminal and escape to Chang’s. *** Had a long layover, so picking the right restaurant was important. P.F. Chang’s seemed like a safe bet, but for more reasons than we knew. Atmosphere: If you travel a lot, you know that comfort, seclusion and peace are a rare commodity without the $ 400/yr elite club memberships. Chang’s ATL is located on the 2nd floor in the A Terminal, and feels like a cozy version of your favorite big-city Chang’s. We sat at a plush booth(that my wife almost fell asleep in). Almost forgot we were in an airport; no obnoxious loudspeaker announcements, just groovy tunes. Having a wall outlet for power at table level is also genius.(Why doesn’t everyone do this in airports? It’s 2015, people!). Service: Shy loved her life, which made us love ours. Many servers in airport establishments seem to value their guests as the cattle. Or to take the brunt of why they’re pissed off at life. Not Shy. She smiling, attentive, and even when she got slammed because management cut too many too soon before a giant rush, she laughed her way through it with us. We’d come back just for her. Food: I ordered the special Spicy Tuna Roll. Should’ve asked for a dish for soy sauce. I didn’t know what to expect as my sushi standards are high. The chef got the flavor pallet right – 4 out of 5 stars there. But don’t expect high marks on construction or presentation. I’d give a 2, maybe a 3 if I had a second beer. I also got the Tuna Tataki with the chilled Sea Grass Salad. This was a very light dish, and I was expecting more. But the ponzu sauce was perfectly measured, and the sprout garnish was a nice touch. Flavor and freshness? I’d give a five. The sea grass felt a little gamey, so low marks there. Since the layover was long, and the fish wasn’t very filling, I ended up ordering a Chang’s must: the Lettuce Wraps. As expected, the flavored were articulate, the water chestnuts were fresh, and the lettuce was crispy. Nicely filled. Conclusion: Not an exquisite culinary experience, but the change of pace and service make it a place we’ll come back to.

Center of the A concourse at ATL, PF Changs’ is a brief escalator ride up from the main gate area you’ll see the big horse. Yep, that’s the spot. Usually busy, so there is a waiting area nearby. Try not to block the escalator, okay? For dinner, I chose the classic lettuce wraps, which comes with a nice stack of lettuce leaves and a very large spoon for putting the chicken on there and scooping over some of the spicy sauce. Yep, maybe a smaller spoon for the sauce would be good? And then I also ordered the pork dumplings. Nicely seared and really tasty with lots of flavor and texture. Absolutely yum. You’ll want to have these for sure. Service was great from a waitress who could see I was fine with my laptop and not needed much interaction. Query: Why $ 3.25 for a soda? That seems excessive. Atlanta now has free wifi and it reaches the restaurant. Bonus.
