Party Bus Kings

They took our deposit and and when we called to check to make sure all was set they didn’t call us back. Finally the day before the event they told us their bus was broken and they could not take us!
They would not lift a finger to help us with finding another bus. And to add salt to the wound, they would not refund our money! The said they would but they never did. They won’t return our calls either.
Heed this review and others. DO NOT HIRE THESE FOLKS. There are better operators out there.

Garbage ghetto people who think they all that will waste your time. I called to rent this party bus and the lady would not allow you to come take a look at the party bus. She does not sound friendly and to me she sounds like she don’t care and because of this I know they will lose business.

Avoid this company. Ghetto hood rats run this! This company has a «F» rating with the Better Business Bureau. Its not on the list on the Public Safety’s website of registered transportation businesses.
They ruined my daughter’s birthday and they did not care. The bus they sent looked like a converted mini school bus with makeshift benches, salvaged floors, broken strobe lights, broken fender, and looked like someone threw a bucket of paint on the bus to paint it. The bus had no cooler. It had a dirty bucket. The bus smelled like funk and motor oil…
Missed a game because of their lemon bus. No other bus dispatched. Matter of fact a complete idiot on the phone said he wasnt coming out to my location because it was too far.
The bus driver was dressed in some jeans, grey shirt, and bright red shoes. A reputable business would have their driver required to wear a suit.
oh and it broke down in front of the pick up location and no services were rendered. And they want to hold my deposit hostage.
Beware of the fake reviews giving 5 star ratings. If you rate this a 5 — you from the ghetto and not use to the finer things in life

Just got off the bus and am so glad! The bus floor is filthy, sticky. the cover under the cooler was missing and had all the cleaning supplies exposed. The air was so when the bus rocked water came from the ac unit. Do not rent from them. Find another company. The driver was nice.

This was the WORST experience of my life! Party Bus Kings RUNIED my 25^th and showed NO regard!
Upon the bus arrival, the driver informed me that the AC was not working. It’s important to note that on August 9^th, 2013 the observed temperature for the day was 89 degrees, while the humidity reached a peak of 94%.
Due to the fact that the AC was broken, the heat and humidity had a negative impact on our hair, make-​up, clothes, and pictures (e.g., excessive sweating, etc.).
We were forced to ride on the highway and throughout the city of Atlanta with the windows down on a hot summer night.
We were given problems with door entry at both establishments (Diamonds of Atlanta and Cream Ultra Lounge) because of the lack of communication on behalf of your company – Party Bus Kings. This resulted in me having to pay extra money at the door.
The music system stopped working and the driver could care less!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I found PBK through Groupon. I was looking for a reasonably priced party bus for my husband’s 30^th birthday party. We talked with PBK and booked the bus months in advance. We put a deposit equaling half the price (which included tax and tip). Then on the day we boarded the party bus, we paid the other half. Brian was our driver. He was very professional and showed up on time to our pickup location. The bus looked great! It had built-​in cup holders, a cooler, iPod/​ipad hookup, TVs and a stripper pole. There was plenty of room for our group (10 people). It looked clean too. Our driver, Brian, asked where we were going before we left our pickup location so we didn’t have to worry about giving directions. He was prompt in picking us up after the club. Overall, our experience with PBK was so much fun! I would recommend this company to everyone if you want to have a fun night! I know we will use this party bus service again. Thank you PBK for making my husband’s birthday a memorable one!
