I do not recommend the gwinnett location to anyone. Dr Jones is not helpful at all and very unprofessional. He sat there w a smile on his face and spoke in a very condescending way when my husband was clearly in unbearable pain due to an accident. Doesn’t seem to have any medical experience. All he wanted to do was stick my husband with needles with out trying any else first. He didn’t care smiled and waved good bye. This was only our second time meeting him and the first time was a few days ago and all he did was refer my husband to a physical therapist.

Terribly unresponsive. Tried for over a week to make an appointment. They don’t respond at all. I guess they just don’t need the business. Will definitely be complaining about them to my insurance.

I don’t know what the standards are for whatever «Dr.» Cody’s specialty is, but I hope he is not even below average in this field. After unsuccessful visit after unsuccessful visit with his office, I left with «Dr.» Cody telling me that I may just have to endure lower back pain. Great. We’re talking about a man who is not only unknowledgeable in regard to his job and incompetent, but somehow thinks you should pay him thousands of dollars for him to do NOTHING. No relief; no guidance; nothing. THIS. PLACE. IS. THE. WORST.

I had a nagging back pain injury. I was pretty concerned because my family has a history of bad backs and unfortunately a lot of surgeries. I went to go see Dr. Grossman and had a really great experience. I am a guy that likes a lot of information and curious about what is exactly going wrong. Dr. Grossman was super attentive to what I was experiencing and thorough on going through some tests to diagnose my pain. The best part was how he walked me through exactly what was causing my back pain. If you ever go there you have to let him show you what is going on using his iPad… very cool and leading edge stuff! He was able to show 3D renderings of my spine and show me which nerve was being inflamed. He assured me that it was nothing too extensive and he was right.
The staff and facility there are really great and would recommend anyone with back issues to at least consult with Dr. Grossman and his team before you tried any major surgeries.

Friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous! I saw Dr. Greene for neck pain and a burning sensation in my shoulder. The problem started after an auto accident a year earlier. He took extra time and decided that an MRI was warranted. After the ER said I was okay– it turned out that there were injuries. His team arranged everything with my insurance company and explained the out of pocket costs ahead of time. I had a spinal epidural and although I was skeptical, the pain resolved and I feel like a new person!!! I highly recommend Peachtree Spine to anyone who is experiencing back/​neck/​arm discomfort.

Something has to be either really good or really bad for me to write a review & I have to say Dr. Grossman & his team @ the Dunwoody office ROCK!!!
I had been having back problems for the last 3 months and it was getting worse! I tried everything from a Chiropractor, to Physical Therapy, to the Emergency Room a few times. I found Peachtree Spine Physicians after calling several spine doctors and none of them had availability as soon as I was trying to come in. I’m soooo glad I ended up going here. Made an appt for the next day & was in & out in no time! Dr. Grossman explained to me my options for my back injury and gave me my next appt the next week. When I got to my 2^nd appt everybody knew my name & they were sooo nice! Dr. Grossman came in and checked on me as well! I must say again that doc is amazing! I had an injection done and was gone with 1.5 hr & today I must say I feel sooo much better! I feel like I could do the MC Hammer! LOL.
If you want a doc that knows what he’s doing as well as someone who is also personable and nice DEFINITELY go here! You won’t regret it!
UPDATE: Dr. Grossman told me one of the nurses would be giving me a call to see how i’m doing in 2 weeks & to my surpise today I received a call (Day 2) and it was Dr. Grossman asking me how I was feeling! How amazed am I! Great practice! Awesome Doc!

I went to see Dr. Richardson at his Decatur location. He is awesome!
Really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, great listener. You can tell he really cares about his patients and giving them the best care he can. He always tries to provide options for care and works with the patient to figure out the best one.
The staff has excellent customer service — they are great with scheduling and follow-​up, even their billing department is great about telling you costs upfront and working with you.
Highly recommend them!

I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit PSP due to a low-​back injury. FORTUNATELY, the staff and doctors at PSP are awesome and easy to work with. Have you ever experienced a doctor’s office staff that wasn’t easy to work with? Yeah, PSP staff are the opposite of that. They made each interaction from appointment-​making to care instructions, thorough, informative and friendly.
Dr. Grossman gave me a thorough exam, while being personable, funny and engaging. His staff was very helpful and great at remembering the details of the treatment plan he’d set forth, basically leading me into a relationship with them of worry-​less-​ness. The plan: I was to be given an epidural cortisone injection, then on to physical therapy.
During the cortisone injection procedure, I was laughing so much that I told them they were making it entirely too much fun. (Please understand, they were plenty professional, as well. It’s just that familiarity and personality go a LONG way with me in medical situations.)
Following the procedure, Dr. Grossman gave me a personal call later in the day, followed by two or three follow-​up calls from PSP staff over the next two weeks.
If I’m going to have a back injury, it’s Peachtree Spine Physicians and Dr. Grossman whom I want working with me.

I have nothing to say but great Customer Service. I recently hurt my back and was referred to them by my Chiropractor. I dealt with the Decatur office and my Physician was Dr. Cody.
He’s lovely and didn’t try out alternative options until I couldn’t take the pain anymore.
The Office staff is friendly and try to help where they can.

Stay away. Doctor was wrong, wasted my time and money. Office staff was impolite at best.
