I’ve now been training with LG for almost 3 years. I’ve tried other trainers in the Atlanta area and none compare to the LG/​Power Elite experience. No one workout is ever the same and when you think you’ve done it all, he’s continuously innovating and incorporating new ideas into the workouts. I leave DRENCHED, which is a sign of an amazing workout to me. LG is more than a trainer, but rather your biggest fan and inspiration. When you feel like giving up on a workout, he constantly pushes you to be your best self and you can feel the love that he has for health and wellness overall. His availability is also flexible with times for the early bird down to the people who gain that burst of energy in the evening. You can’t go wrong with choosing Power Elite as your choice for changing your life and getting in the best shape possible!

Finding a trainer that is down to earth and great at his craft… is HARD to find. LG is so talented and it shows in his charisma and passion for training. He is a GREAT trainer and I reccomend him to everyone. Been going to him for 2 years now and the pain and sweat is SO worth it!!!

I’ve worked out with a lot of trainers, and LG is the best. 4 years running, this guy is your trainer’s favorite trainer. Not your usual exercises that get old. You never know what you’re going to get. Love him.
