Got a fabulous oxygen (not sure if it was that one) facial from Wendy today. My face feels light, tight, and really fresh. She extracted all my gross blackheads without hurting me at all.
She also does my tattoo removals and although they hurt, its going away slowly but surely.
Definitely recommend her if you want your face to look amazing!

Purchased a package of 4 Vanquish treatments. Had two and had a bad reaction. Asked for a refund for the remaining two treatments. First the tech said I had to talk to the office administrator. I talked to him and he said they would issue a refund but the tech had to do the paperwork. Called the tech, left a message and never heard back. Called again and talked to office admin — was told she would call me back the next day — she never did. Called again and was told that the office administrator had to issue the refund. So, three weeks have passed and they keep passing the buck back and forth and then not returning my calls. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I bought a Groupon to see Kelli Ann for two facials. I refuse to redeem the second one because I bought these expensive, useless «brightening» pads that broke me out! I called to express my concern and have yet to get a response which I find highly unprofessional!

Joyce at Premier Image is the best! She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. There is nothing more uncomfortable than laser hair removal in the bikini area but Joyce makes you feel like it will be ok! She is knowlegable and professional. I felt well taken care of after leaving my session. Everyone that I met in the office was polite and kind. I was referred by someone and I highly recommend this place.

I agree with the other person who was disappointed and over charged for fillers. This place is a rip off. I moved to Atlanta from LA and I used to get fillers-​Restalayne from Dr Susan Evans, famous from 90 210, her office is around the corner from Rodeo Drive… saying that to say, I was charged even more in Georgia by Premier Image– Shallowford office. $ 800 for a marketing ploy called the «VUE» which is only fillers, Restalayne in particular in eye trough area. I forked $ 800 couldn’t tell the difference, went back in 2wks for the «follow up» Dr Klein asked ME if WE had filler left over from last visit, if so he would apply. He pretended to check to see if there was leftover when I said no there wasn’t. «Of course it would look better in a year» is what I was told. What BS! I’ve been getting fillers for 4 yrs and they work instantaneously, not a month, or a year later. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone. This place is for senior women who need plastic surgery not 30 – 50 yr old filler candidates. The VUE is a rip off. Any one can inject fillers in your tear trough, folds, cheek area without patents and fake hyped up «procedural» titles. Don’t waste your money!!!

Had a rhinoplasty. Now have bump in my nose that I did not have when I started. Have had 4 exams with doctor silver since. He agreed to do a second procedure to fix the bump, this would be good except it is going to cost me as much as the initial surgery. Usually if you are not satisfied with the outcome if your procedure doctors will re– do and charge you facility or anesthesia charge BUT NOT doctors fee. The second procedure which he told me would take 30 minutes is going to cost 6,000 dollars.
Don’t believe what they tell you, the docs tell you one thing then they turn you over to the business office. I am getting other doctor opinion. I will not recommend this practice
