I had a really awesome experience. I’ve been using another digital printer for years and the quality just wasn’t there. For my last job, which was for 150 stitched books, I emailed 3 places to get prices just to see if there were any other options. Amanda got my quote to me in less than 30 minutes and she was a good 25% less than everyone else. Best of all, everything was done perfectly. I uploaded my PDF file on a Monday and I had them back Wednesday afternoon. Funny thing is that one of the places I emailed for a quote didn’t even get me prices until Presentech had already finished the order! I gotta say they also looked so much better than my old place. I swear they were offset but for the small run I know it was digital. The ink had this smooth matte finish, not like color copies that so many places seem to sell. And there was no cracking at all at the fold. Really nice. I like how I was treated, the speed and the price so I am one happy camper. Thanks.

Thanks to Presentech. My quote came within 30 minutes and whenever I called I was always able to talk to a real person — something that is very rare these days. It was so nice not to go to voice mail. But, I really want to mention the stellar print quality. I print materials all of the time for my job, and I must say I have never seen digital printing that looks so much like high end offset. These folks must really know what they are doing because it was an «Oh Wow!» moment when I opened my package.

This is by far the most frustrating printer I have ever worked with. I do business with a lot of different printers in Atlanta, and the customer service here is ridiculous. Send an email to your account rep, and you have to follow up by phone call every time, just to make sure they received your email. The receptionist always asks for your name, so most of the time, they end up being «in a meeting». On top of that, they tell you there is a 2-​week turnaround on any job. For digital printing, that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. I can get my specialty printing – letterpress, foil stamped, embossed, etc. – pieces back from the best printer in town in less time than that! I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and would encourage anyone to find another reputable printer in the area.

Huge fan of Presentech. I’ve been sending work their way for 6 or 7 years now. They’ve handled several dozen print jobs for me in that time. I’ve thrown some very screwy projects at them over the years, and they have handled them all with extreme care to detail and top-​shelf customer service. I trust them to handle the printing on my most important accounts.
