I go there when I do not want to drive to my regular dry cleaners. Always good friendly service. I have had several alterations done there and they always turn out good. They also do wash and fold service. They are open all day Saturday.

I wish I could give it no stars. This place is horrible. I used them thinking they were like the other Pro Cleaners I’ve been to in the past. Huge mistake.

I take clothes into Pro Cleaners about twice a month and have been doing so for two years. Perfectly happy with the service they provide. Clothes come back on time, they’re always properly cleaned and pressed. The prices are reasonable(I paid about 50% more for cleaning in Buckhead).

I take my husband’s suits in every week. It’s close to our apartment complex, which is 95% of the reason I go there. The women in there are hot and cold. Some days they’re nice and call me by name, other times they act like they’ve never seen me before. Eh, I’m only in there for 2 minutes each trip, so that’s the least of my concern. Their pricing seems to be alright and they get my husband’s suits clean.

Please please save your money on this overpriced horrible service providing cleaners. I bought a $ 400 white suit that I wore once and took it to this location for a cleaning. Upon receiving it last week I planned on wearing it this morning to a big time presentation that I had scheduled. I was startled and dismayed at the sight of what I saw as I went into the bathroom to work on my make-up. There was a large brown stain that looked much like an iron burn stain that stretched about 4 inches by 3 inches on the right side of my chest. It was very visible and no disguising could have been done to save it. I ended up having to change clothes and made a point to stop by the cleaners to report this with my suit in tow. Fast forward about an hour later when I walk into the premises, the chinese lady examines the stain and accuses me of having sprayed perfume on it therefore causing the stain. First of all, smell the jacket and tell me what scent you pick up on it… I shall not expound on the exchange that we had as I don’t have enough time in the world to describe it, nor the patience. Bottom line… only take your clothes here if you don’t care much about them. I have had a few more incidences in the past and while the others haven’t been that huge a deal, losing my only one time worn expensive suit counts as the last straw.
