Professional Gown Preservation

Great experience– owner was super friendly and my gown which was a sample looks amazing. I will bring my gown back to be hand pressed before by destination wedding and will bring it back for preservation. This is the place to go if you have a sample gown that needs cleaning.

Customer service is just not a concern with this business! The preservation may be ok (hard to know at this point), but dealing with this unprofessional company was a nightmare.
I dropped off my wife’s wedding gown for preservation and got the «6 – 8 weeks» line. No problem as she wasn’t planning on wearing it anytime soon. At the 10 week mark, I stopped by to get an update and was told they couldn’t find it in the system but would call me ASAP. Two weeks later, I stopped by again. I was told that they found the dress but needed another 6 weeks (at this point, I wondered if they had even started on the dress).
Three months later, I stopped by to ask again. I was told the dress was ready but they weren’t sure where it was. Two weeks later, they called to say the dress was finally ready.
Each and every time I stopped by the store, I had a 10 – 15 minute wait because there was only one person on premises. Just a nightmare to deal with this company, so my recommendation is to find someone more professional.
