Meet the Business Owner

Russell M.

Business Owner

I have worked for both general contractors and engineers in the Atlanta market (commercial and residential real estate construction) since 1996. I worked for the City of Atlanta/Fulton County Land Bank Authority from 1999 – 2001 as a real estate specialist while completing an MBA (finance) at Mercer University (Atlanta Campus). My function at the City of Atlanta Land Bank was to work closely with developers and contractors in an effort to restore blighted and tax delinquent property to tax generating revenue for the City of Atlanta. I received the City of Atlanta President’s award for service to the City for this role. I have owned my own General Contracting Business (now Property Action) since 2001 and have a real estate investment company (Marlin Investment Group — since 2009). I have specialized in home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels and turn-key renovations for the largest investment funds operating in Atlanta (based in Phoenix, AZ).
