Protect America

This is a very awful security company. My brother sign me up with this security company back in 2012. I had just had spine surgery and he believe this was a good security company for me. He told me it was a two year contract but when I try to cancel after 24 Month of poor service Protect America informed me that my contract was a three year contract. I asked them to turn off my service and agree to pay of the contract. Now that the contract is no longer in effect they have decided I was now on a month to month because I did not request my cancellation in writing. They have not provided me any service for the last 12 month yet they want to extend my contract to a month to month!
The most awful company I have ever deal with. Save you money and go to a real security company because Protect America is not it.
