History

Established in 2010.

PRS Electronics & Automation, Co. moved to Decatur, GA in August 2013. Prior to that time the business name was Première Rigging Solutions, Co. and operated in Glen Ellyn, IL.

That company was started in August 2010 and was an offshoot of a company Precision Race Services, Inc. (Davisburg, MI). Precision Race Services, was started in January 1992.

Business Owner

Jim has been a business owner since 1992 when he and David Decker started Precision Race Services, Inc.

Jim’s specialties include Electrical System Design for Yacht, RV and Motorsports applications. Additionally, Jim has worked in the area of software development since 1983 and uses those skills daily as part of the integration of digital switching systems (E-​Plex systems) for PRS Electronics & Automation’s customers.

Jim has a BS of Engineering degree from Marquette University, Milw, WI
