Took the free firearm safety class. Excellent class for basic knowledge and introduction to shooting. Our instructor Tony was very informative, friendly and patient and facilities were well kept. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been in here a few times now. I’ve never had to wait and find the range clean and safe. The staff are helpful and genuinely focused on safety.
I guess I’m a little surprised at some other comments about customer service. Everyone has always been friendly to me and I even took my «different-​looking» cousins with me from India to shoot for the first time. Everyone was cool as could be to them. Perhaps one should keep in mind that while it’s important to enjoy yourself at the range, this is a serious environment. The people that work here do not joke and they should not coddle. Firearms are designed to inflict damage and must be treated with the appropriate respect. The shooting range environment is a place for careful consideration of safety.
I hear you on the Groupon thing. I bought my wife two of the gun safety classes for her and her sister. She has sat on them for nearly two years now and when I mentioned them in the store recently, was told they no longer offer the course due to lack of demand. But, they do offer a twice a month free session with your range time and my other Groupon for discounted range fee for two is still good.

I don’t usually write reviews online but somehow I felt the need to tell you about this fabulous place I came to. Firstly, this is a great place. Believe me I have tried other ranges and they do not compare to Range, Guns & Safes. The staff there (Pete, Amanda, Kip and Pat) are professional. At all times they are welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help you. Safety is also a priority. The staff will take the time to review safety procedures and will give you suggestions and advice on how to improve your shooting. The range is also clean and kept in very good condition. If you don’t have your own gun then you can rent one from their wide variety of guns and rifles.
Wednesday is «Ladies Day»!!! And Ladies this is not your typical «good old boys» place. You will feel very comfortable and welcomed there. Whether you are a beginner or are advanced at shooting, THIS is the place to be.

My coworker and I stopped by this gun range due to proximity from our workplace commute home. I expected good things due to the positive reviews, and the expectations were met. First thing we come in, we notice a well lit, organized, and clean facility. Next thing were the staff who were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. While looking around in the store in wait, the staff provided assistance and was not at all bothered by the fact that I was just looking. I have been to other locations where the owners either rush you or pressure you, and this was not the case here .
While choosing the guns to rent, the staff answered all of our questions as we had many for such a wide selection of pistols and rifles. Even though I had prior experience at shooting ranges, I could tell that the staff would show same respect no matter what background the customers had. By the time we were making our way to the actual shooting range area, we were confident in our choice and felt safe as the safety protocols were drilled into our minds by the instructor.
We rented 100 rounds and took turns shooting at 50 rounds each (2 people limit per lane). Although the range time is priced by the hour, 100 rounds lasted only 45 minutes. Through end of it all we had a blast and ended up paying around $ 25 – 30 each for the whole experience (rental, ear/​eye protection, targets, and lane time). Full breakdown of price can be found on the website, and I can vouch for the reasonable prices from having been to at least 3 other gun ranges.
After the whole ordeal, we were informed of the everyday special day have for each day of the week that saves money for different demographic. This made us feel that the guys were not just in it for the money and wanted us to have a genuine good time. I am definitely coming back here with my fiancée when I get the chance.

I’m writing this review based on my experience during store and range visits over the past 90 days. I’ve been to 3 other ranges in the area and I felt like this is one of the better places. Aside from being close to home, they have a good number of lanes (air-​conditioned) as well as range targets to choose from.
Admittedly… I pay a little more to go here because ‘cheaper’ ranges attract lower quality customers and people who really need to educate themselves on gun safety. you also have employees regularly going in and out of the range to sweep casings from the floor and ensure the experience is up to par with expectations. For the quality I think the price is justified, and I appreciate the fact that they offer monthly firearm courses free of charge. My girlfriend and I are both attending one, and she has admitted she enjoys this range much more than the others we have visited as well.
Staff is knowledgeable and there is a good selection of rental firearms for range time, provided you also purchase the ammo from them too. There is also a large inventory of gunsafes, holsters, and soft cases/​bags for a variety of handguns as well as range/​self defense ammo. Another reason why I am impressed with this range is they have no qualms whatsoever helping you get what you want even if they do not carry it. They’ve mentioned websites as well as other local small businesses with quality gunsmiths they’d recommend for firearm customization. Rather than a ‘sorry, can’t help you’ answer, they are proactive and that says alot about the kind of employees there.
The only reason I dont give 5 stars in this review is because their prices for firearms are higher than the local gun store I regularly purchase from. I’d be happy to purchase from them if they were willing to price match but am unsure whether they do or not.
With that said, I’ve brought out of state visitors here, and would be glad to recommend them for range use.

Great range all-​around. Pat and Amanda are very helpful. Nice relaxed environment with the safety of their staff and customers as their #1 concern. I enjoyed the vibe so much, I increased my shooting time to at least 3x per week. Membership is definitely next on my list. Thank you for a safe and enjoyable experience. See you Tuesday!

I like how clean this range is, and it’s not insanely hot in the summer and freezing in the winter like some other shooting ranges.
Staff is always friendly and prices are fair.
It’s location right off of I-​85/​I-​285 so it’s easy for me to get to.
I’ve read a couple of reviews that complained about their 2 person per lane policy (which I think most ranges have). I think it’s a necessary policy, having too many people in one lane at the same time increases risk of accidents, especially if there is someone in there who doesn’t know what they’re doing.

This shooting range is great! They have reasonable prices and a friendly staff. Unfortunately, they hadn’t gotten their fully-​auto rental firearms in yet, but we still had a great time. I’m sure that I’ll be coming back!

I really liked this shooting range, and will definitely be returning! It’s further from my house than I would like it to be, but it is well worth the drive! I can’t wait to go back!

When I go to shoot I prefer to come here. Nice staff cheap prices and wide variety to chose from. I highly recommend anyone who is new to shooting to come here. Staff is more than willing to educate you (if it’s not busy).
They frequently have deals on groupon but regardless their price is reasonable. I have no complaints and recommend.

The guys here are informative, show you how weapons work and even help you with your range weapons and firing techniques properly. My only actual gripe with this place is that my dad ordered a gun and had it transferred here. When he came to get it on the weekend, he was told their bookkeeping/​ledger would not be back until Monday and he would have to wait until then. Okay, so we return Monday and he was told because he did not call ahead to claim or schedule he would be charged instead of the standard $ 25 fee, $ 60 instead. Wow. If someone can explain why this is I will certainly remove this review or revise it at least but I don’t get it.

went during the day on mon, it was empty. bought groupon deal. used two handguns and one free ammo, then bought another box of ammo $ 19 and change. not a bad place to shoot. friendly staff.

I arrived with my girlfriend to do some shooting in order to decide on which handgun I wanted to purchase. Come to find out, their pistol range was closed and told us to come back in an hour and we could shoot. We came back in 40 minutes, there was no one on the lane but people standing around. They told us the lanes were being filled and to come back in a hour– again. They let people on the lanes that hadn’t been there an hour ago when we got there. Yet they still let them go on in front of us. They did offer complimentary shooting hours… I already have 4 free hours… I don’t need more thanks.
I will not be going back. They just lost at least 700 $ in short term revenue from my single purchase and more than likely 5,000 $ in long term revenue. Piss poor customer service! DONT GO to this location

Came by with the Mister to meet up with a couple of our friends who were already there. We came in and the place was pretty full of people in the store, so it was hectic. Before waiting in line, we took a look around and it was interesting to see how empty the cases were from everyone buying their guns and rifles. Anyway, we were kind of pressed on time, so we had intended on just going inside to hang out with our friends and not buy range time. Upon telling the guys behind the counter, they told us we still had to fill out the forms. When we gave our forms back, they checked and then told us we couldn’t go inside because they have a VERY STRICT rule of two people per lane. So there went that idea! Instead, we just hung around, checking their low inventory, their safes, and sat alongside the office wall until they were out.

Conveniently located near I-​85. We went on the weekend so there was a long wait. While you are waiting, they hold onto your driver’s license. That sucks because then you can’t go anywhere. And there is nothing around walking distance. So when you have an hour wait, that is particularly painful. Staff was not very attentive or personable and they pay much closer attention to the members. Not as good of a gun selection as another gun range that I have been to. The range itself is just average– again, not as nice as another range I have been to.

Both times so far I’ve been here on Sundays right when they open. Either people must be still at church or at brunch, as both times we’re either the first or one of the first to be on the range. They seem to usually post deals on Half Off Depot and some other deal sites. Which is good as Half Off has been adding 15−25% off lately on top of the deal.
Location:
Located right before the north bound exit of Pleasant dale, the entrance would be hard to get to for those trying to make a left turn to get into the complex. I would suggest staying on the far right lane of the access road after the intersection. Then making the first right of the office suites and following the drive way down.
Facilities:
Both times the range lanes were pretty clean. No stepping in gum or that mess. I have yet to go to the rifle range with my AR15. But the pistol range sometimes has one chair in there that we usually use to set stuff on that I don’t like putting on the ground. Target hangers are regular binding clips on a cardboard template. I’m still wondering how some people shoot these unless they are blind firing or aiming directly for it.
Temperature seems to vary. The firs time it was hot, and they had little cubicle space fans in each lane. The latest time, the A/​C was on blast and I decided to leave my thin jacket on.
Service:
The employees greeted us as soon as we walked in. The only time some one was a bit of a gun range snob was right after I informed on of my noob friends to aim the gun down BEFORE we go into the range, one of the employees snarkly «informed», «no, aim the gun that way (pointing at the range). I quickly stated, «well I meant point it down WHILE WE WALK INTO the range». His colleagues kind of looked at him after that and shrugged it off. Next time I’ll get his name and leave a tip of NOT to ask for him. Hopefully he’s not the owner’s son or the like.
Cost:
Cost is on par with Marksmen shooting range in mid upper norcross of peachtree industrial as far as range time goes.
They also use Atlanta Arms (reloaded rounds) as the main ammunition supplier. A 50 rd box of 9mm’s cost about $ 15. A box of 50 rd .40 cals runs $ 22. Better off to go to walmart and buy some Winchesters before heading here instead.
Overall:
I would recommend this place, as there is no wait and down the road from my home. Normally I would go to down town lawrenceville, but their wait times could be up to an hour or more. Just bring your own bullets unless you have to rent out one of their guns.

Came here for my birthday, and boy, I should of read Amber M.‘s review first. It is SCORCHING hot up in there!
The guy who helped us and went through all the safety procedures were very friendly and informative and made sure we knew the ins and outs of what to expect before heading onto the range.
If you are under 21, they do not have rifles for you to shoot. Remember that. I did not know and had a few friends watch from the window while we all shot =/​
Also, if it’s your first time, the bigger the gun, the easier it is to shoot. The glock 17 was by far the easiest for all of us, and a favorite by majority of the females.
I read reviews saying that their customer service was horrible, but. they were extremely nice to us. Even though I came in with a group of about 9.
But my advice. don’t do that. Lol. Stick to yourself and one other friend.
I’m sure I’ll be back.

Okay now to my review. I purchase a coupon of Half Off Depot for Shooting Range Package for Two at Range, Guns & Safes This deal includes a shooting range lane rental for 2, 1 9 mm gun rental, 1 box of 9 mm range ammo, eye & ear protection and 2 targets. The guy inside ask if we been shooting before. My baby have so we didn’t need someone to show us. I was scared. We went to another gun range before which was better I might add lol but I did not shoot there. I overcame my fear here. Will I go back shooting again umm Maybe, Will I come back here, no not at all lol. Maybe if they get a better A/​C unit I would. Great deal.

Went there today and noticed some things that were vastly different than Bulls Eye, which is where I usually go.
First, there is plenty of parking up front, the place is easy to find. The exterior and interior is pretty clean and nice. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. There are cameras everywhere, so the staff can see if someone is not in the correct position and will actually come by and help you.
The range is actually pretty dim (thats a minus), however, since it’s not inside of a basement (Like Bulls Eye) it’s relatively warmer/​room temp not freezing. The other bad thing is that the targets are cheaper material so if you do want to save your target practices just to see how much you have improved (like I do), opt for the pricier ones.
