Roam Dunwoody

This concept can make a lot of people in the business office industry uncomfortable. The co-​working concept just makes too much sense and it’s currently disrupting major players such as REGUS. I base my company out of this location and my clients are impressed from two vantage points.
1. The space is modern and very impressive. The soaring loft-​like space and the buzz from the co-​working environment are palpable. As a new business owner looking to disrupt the college planning industry, this feels like a real match for myself and the students I work for.
2. The pricing is very reasonable and my clients appreciate the fact that I don’t have to pass the expense of a permanent office on to them in the form of higher fees. I also have access to their other locations. I am looking forward to the new Buckhead location!
Add to that the other benefits… great coffee, my company ad broadcasted everywhere, online conference room booking, and on and on.
One question though… how the heck do all the employees know me by name? They usually greet me on the way in and out by my first name. Impressive.

Great space for a meeting. My company rents rooms here to hold offsite meetings. The Custer service is good. The wifi is good. The coffee is good. Definitely a space I would recommend to others.

For the $ 99 café membership you can visit as many times as you want, M-​F, 8 – 6. Didn’t find another co-​working location that could match that offer.
Plenty of rooms/​areas to work, from the comfy home like setting in «nook», to the large tech office feel in «the garage».
Every blue moon you can get free goodies and snacks.
Clean and well maintained complex.

The internet was sustainable, but I felt the connection could be a bit stronger as I was frequently disconnected. To their defense, I worked on a VPN, remoting to a computer in NYC, so any WiFi hiccup was immediately noticeable. — 15
Overall — W! I really enjoyed my tenure at roam. ⁸⁵⁄₁₀₀. The only reason I cancelled my membership is because I was lured back into the office for a new gig. Oh well. Perhaps I’ll consider rejoining when they open the new East Cobb location.

This place is usually solid — it doesn’t get a higher score from me just because it’s not my cup of tea.

This place blows any Regus I have ever been to out of the water… by far.

We held a two-​day company meeting at ROAM. I was very impressed with its modern feel and technical amenities. The staff was incredible and responded immediately to every request we had. Our CEO wanted us to hold the meeting in a hotel… this was 10 times better.

Love this place. Staff is awesome, they do a great job making you feel welcome and serving their customers. It’s got so many cool things going on and a great place to get some work done.

Having lived in a co-​working ecosystem for the better part of 5 months now [at roam, OHub] I can say that Roam offers premier quality in terms of service, satisfaction and venue.
As a fan of Atlanta, I always have to point out that their locations aren’t perfect for out-​of-​towners. Thus, if you are flying in or need to host an event in the city Opportunity Hub is your best bet.
That said, I feel Roam has gotten too granular in their revenue streams, especially for a company whose main competitor is sitting at home or Starbucks for many suburbanites.
My recommendation to grow loyalty and generate [coffee] buzz? Free coffee before noon & better access to water. The owners have done a great job otherwise. I’m a fan and in Atlanta there are enough entrepreneurs and business owners for everyone.

Roam is a tremendously useful & modern way to do business. Instead of going to a stuffy office suite rental place (e.g. Regis) or to a noisy, crowded Starbucks, come work in this hip, membership driven café and workspace. Amenities include lightning fast wi-​fi, a tasty coffee shop where you can grab smooth coffee, teas and light snacks. Most importantly they offer a wide variety of work settings to fit any style, including long tables, counters, restaurant style booths in addition to well appointed private meeting rooms in a variety of sizes.
The other members tend to be passionate entrepreneurs, home office workers and small business owners who have no need for traditional brick and mortar offices of their own. I feel inspired by the energy given off by all the creative types that frequent this establishment. Roam feeds into the clientele by offering up interesting educational topics on a regular basis (lunch and learns, motivational breakfasts, etc). They offer secure mail box service where they will receive your business snail mail for an additional fee.
Think of this place for your team’s meeting instead of the same old hotel conference room. The equipment is modern and already set up to handle your coaching needs– wall mounted white boards, flat screen TVs ready to connect to your laptop and a variety of refreshments for your group. I would also recommend doing your job interviews in this environment.
No membership? No worries since they sell single day visits. Make sure and ask for a tour of the facility– I think you’ll be impressed. This is a chic way to do business.

Great place to conduct business meetings and network with small high tech start ups! I recommend starting with a company meeting or two and then graduating to a full membership. There are some interesting side benefits to being a member. The space is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This location is larger than the one in Alpharetta. One of the nicer features is they have whiteboard paint on the walls so you can use more space to write.
Only recommendation is for a restaurant to be added in so food is readily available for meetings and conferences.
