I purchase a sectional sofa from Rooms to Go in 2012 and it started to tear in 2015. I have no kids, it’s just my husband and I. It’s in a room where no one sits in often. I emailed rooms to go the photos in December and also called them this month and has had no response. I am so upset with Rooms to Go. Rooms to Go is always advertising there products, I’m sure there is something Corporate could do about this.
