Already getting annoyed. They never answer the phone. The address is not clearly listed on the web site.

I received a call from Kay with S&K Event after receiving my email. Apparently, the original quote was emailed to the wrong email address. I understand that businesses can get pretty busy and sometimes things/​people/​plans fall through the cracks and I am glad that they took the time to personally reach out to me and make amends.
This speaks volume for their level of customer service. Although I can’t use them for this event, they will be one of the first places I call for my next party needs.
