When I went natural, this was one of the few retail spots that I knew of that sold a wide variety of natural hair products. I went on a few occasions. The first was for a natural hair event. They gave us a special on sales for attending. Awesome. The second was for their closing event. Their prices were on par with the retail price of the items if you bought them online direct from the company. They did not use crazy mark up prices. At closing everything was 25% off. Approximately Black Friday prices for most natural hair products. They had a number of the brands that I was looking for, but not necessarily the specific item I wanted. Since they wanted to offer a number of brands, they couldn’t necessarily have the whole collection. Lot parking nearby, but you could always park on side streets.

Another spot I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed. Sage is nestled in the middle of Castleberry Hill at Fair and Walker and is the best place for lotions, bath stuff and candles. There’s tons of stuff and they make sure to keep things rotating so that you can try great new things all the time. Parking can be a little challenging, but the lot at Peters and Fair generally has room.

There’s nothing like shopping for natural hair products all in one space without the shipping and handling except being able to try before you buy. Sage allows you to do both. My heart immediately skipped a beat when I saw Qhemet Biologics as well as lines from Original Moxie, Darcy’s Botanicals, Oyin Handmade, Zenzele, Komaza Care(and I could keep going). There is a sampler for every product. Plus there are sample sizes available for sale. If there were any drawbacks, it would have to be that this place is way too close to me for temptation. I can see myself«needing» something weekly. I think I may be out of candles. *wink* LOL. I can’t believe how many times I’ve drove past this hidden gem.

This place is incredible! I’m so happy that there is a black owned hair supply stores that caters to natural hair. I love the fact that you can sample all the hair products. I went one day and tried about 5 different products in my hair. I didn’t buy any that day because, as many of us know, hair products are expensive and there is nothing worse than getting a product that doesn’t work for your hair. Anywho, I let each of the products dry and sit for the rest of the day. The next morning I checked out which one worked best for me, headed back to sage and got it, along with a few others. I love this store. Cindy is amazing and so friendly. She advised me on a couple of tricks to help lock in moisture for my hair and recommended a wonderful conditioner. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Just be sure to bring your purse because natural hair produces can get expensive.

Sage Naturalceuticals, where have you been allo my life??? I adore this store. Cindy was extremely helpful and the full selection of natural products stimulated my inner product junky. I highly recommend this establishment. Whereas other places charges $ 50 for a «consultation», this one allows you to sample the product onsite. A treasure indeed.

If you love natural beauty products, this is the place for you If you are«going natural» this is the place for you. If you feel good supporting small business owners, this is the place for you. I went to Sage just to take a peek after seeing it on a website for natural hair products and ended staying over an hour. The owner Cindy was super patient, helpful and encouraged me to smell, feel and even try the products, which I did and I had a ball. They carry Uncle Funky’s Daughter, BeeMine, Afroveda, Blended Beauty just to name a few of the hair products. She also carries gorgeous candles, bath products and some really cool purses and such. Do yourself a favor and check it out, you’ll be hooked.

Such a cute store! with everything from organic pumpkin cheesecake body cream, Soy candles(which I definitely think have more fragrance), hair/face/and body products. And 95% of the products are Au natural! This is definitely a place for the environmentally inclined product whore to check out! So ladies and gents grab your recyclable Unilocal tote and head over to Sage to fill-er up!

I’ve been a bit green lately… I’ve made a lifestyle change that I am really enjoying! I ride my bike to work a few days a week, I’ve purchased a few shirts made from organic cotton, I shop at the local farmers markets on Saturday mornings, I don’t use plastic bags and carry cloth bags around, I even drink water with plastic bottles made from corn or plants! I was really happy when I walked into Sage Naturalceuticals and found out that every single product they sell is all natural! Plus, she carries items that are made locally in Atlanta! Skincare, bodycare, facecare, haircare and even the candles she sells are all made of all-natural ingredients! The owner, Cindy Primm; is super nice and helpful on finding the best items for your daily needs. The store is both beautiful and calming and I felt that she really utlized her space well! I ended up buying some organic lip balm that has a nice minty-orange flavor and I enjoyed that the product came from a local Atlanta company. Some other highlights are the«ice cream» bath balls, soy candles, and an excellent selection of men’s natural products. A wonderful addition to the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood!
