I’m here more than I’d like to admit because there’s always some kind of China Glaze polish on clearance. They raised the prices on the regular priced ones and now I’m kind of meh on it, unless they have a special collection out, but it’s a good place for other nail stuff… though Target’s really starting to compete even in the excellent top coat department. The good thing is one of my last trips here(though probably months ago), you purchased said excellent top coat Seche Vite and got a free bottle of China Glaze. I get their emails but I never caught this w/o knowing from some other polish people. When there are deals, they’re excellent. Now I most recently had to come for a non-nail polish related purchase of a round brush. This very loud woman was working there, and she was kind of blunt with some other people in the store, and then she asked if I needed help and I told her I needed a round brush to help get my hair to curl under when I dry it. So she hands me a $ 12 brush. $ 12!!! There’s one I ended up getting on sale for $ 3 that had the same premise and is more my type right now(aka no way can I spend $ 12 on a freakin brush, sorry). Anyway after handing me the $ 12 brush she walked off. And then she went outside, and when I left I could hear her yelling at someone on the phone about a coupon, so I guess she got in trouble for being rude. Okay in the end this place is great for nail polish b/c really it’s either spend $ 5.49 w/the beauty club or go to Ulta w/even crappier customer service, or take the risk of buying polishes online.

I don’t understand the problem the other person who wrote a review had a problem but for once I actually enjoyed my trip to Sally’s. I wasn’t followed or watched like a black criminal. I was relaxed and didn’t feel rushed to get out. I’m giving 4 of 5 stars because they didn’t have Jojoba oil for my baby’s hair. :)

Customer Service is just unprofessional. I can’t believe they will lie and make assumptions then tell you to come back again tomorrow knowing that you are not available. Ridiculous that 2 cashiers would treat a paying customer this way. I seriously do not respect this location due to the employees lack of professionalism and inadequate solutions. I would like to understand why there isn’t a manager on duty? I understand that this location is fairly new and needs attention. My suggestion to further customers of this Sally’s Beauty Supply is, know and understand when there is a manager working or else the cashiers will waste an hour of your time and treat you like you are ruining their precious day while having to listen to them bicker about you while you are shopping.
