Dr long and his staff have been out ‘go to’ pediatrician for since 1999! Taking care of my now 21year old daughter, now 16 n 17 year old sons. All 3 were preemies with complications. All 3 are now healthy thriving young adults who are star students (Princeton) and athletes. I can honestly say that there were more than a few incidents where we literally feared for their lives as infants and toddlers. Dr long and the staff of other doctors At SS pedi got us thru.
I will wait in the waiting room as long as it takes to get my children in this office. If I am waiting, they are helping someone else’s child who’s present need is greater than mine, just like they took care of us. Thank you DR. Long, and all of your staff.

Dr. Wise has been my boys’ doctor for 3 years, she is phenomenal! As a younger mom I was looking for a pediatrician who was not going to be condescending or cut me off talking. She cares so much for her little patients and it feels like you’re talking to friend, she is so easy to talk to! I don’t live close by but we’ll continue seeing Dr. «Super Why» (as my 2 year old calls her.) When she’s not available we’ve seen Dr. Jackson who extremely thorough and explains everything to parents. Can’t give 5 stars though because the office itself is just simply rundown looking in every room of the practice. Seriously, it’s time to do a remodel!!!

The wait at this office is horrible! I have been to this practice 4 times, and every time I have a scheduled appointment that I am on-​time for I wait for almost 1 ½ hours to see a doctor. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, but I just don’t have that kind of time with two small children. I packed a lunch for a 10:30 appointment and not only did my children eat while waiting for the doctor, we still had time to kill!
Needless to say I am currently searching for a new pediatric practice…
