I cannot complain about a pizza place that is open till 4AM, does delivery with no minimum delivery fee and no delivery charge! I ordered at like 12 am on Friday night, they said it would be an hour and it was, I’m okay with that, I can understand why it would take that long and had no problem with it! The pizza was a 10 inch but beware the 10 inch is actually tiny and probably not actually 10 inches but I didn’t have a ruler so. I did create your own with garlic and bacon it was damn delicious! But yay for pizza delivery till 4 am! AMERICA

The reason I give this one star is because of how cheated I was out of my order. The online menu stated a specialty 10″ pizza at $ 15.99, however when we got the pizza, the balance came to $ 25.78. This is because they charge you $ 1.89 per topping(no matter what it is or how much they put on there) and only charge .59 for a dipping sauce. I ordered cilantro, onions & peppers as additional toppings on their super taco pizza. When we got the pizza it was not only cold and took awhile, but there was absolutely NO cilantro which costs basically 2 bucks. Be aware of their misleading website. Not worth almost $ 30 for the pizza we got :(

I have been ordering from Sarpino’s since the summer of 2015. Overall, I am very happy with this particular restaurant location. The food is excellent! The website is easy to use(they only need to add coupon codes for the freebies they send in the mail.) I have used the delivery option each time and I have had no problems. My order has always been correct, deliveries were either early or on time, when I have had to call the store they were more than accommodating and the drivers are very nice.

Terrible customer service. If you are lactose intolerant beware. While staying at the W midtown Atlanta my husband ordered a pizza with no cheese. 45 minutes later a full cheese pizza arrives. Okay, this is not an unusual frustration for a lactose intolerant person. He sends it back and awaits a new pizza. 1+ hours later after we became hungry and frustrated so I called the restaurant. I am now typing this review after being on hold off and on for over 20 minutes. Each time a staff member has answered they seem to be surprised that I am requesting a manager. At one point they told me that the manager was currently on the phone with my husband. When I replied«that is not possible because he is right next to me,» they put me on hold for another 10 minutes. All we want is a refund but they don’t even seem capable of that. Please don’t give them business, they do not deserve. Edit: … So now it is two hours after our original order was mishandled and we were promised a new item. After 20 minutes of being told«the manager is coming» they left us on hold even after they closed for the night! And we still had not received our food OR our money back. This place needs to be closed for business.

Now it’s what, twice in about a month? I must not get sucked into this delivery option frequently, but I did again, last night. Apparently after your first order, the next flyer coupon thingie you get has a freebie. I only check my mail every few days(bills are online and I know my Netflix schedule) but I did swing by yesterday. And found a thank-you-for-your-order coupon for free cheese sticks with my next order. On the fence between Chinese and some kind of «Italian» — Sarpino’s won. Again, I endorse their no min deliv requirement. I have been craving a lot of protein lately, so I decided to try their wings. They have a couple kinds but I asked for mine plain — there was still sauce on them but for $ 8.99 it was about 2x what you would get most places for the price(theirs are a full lb vs just a number, like 6 or 8) — I had 5 last night and just now 4 for«brunch.» They were fine– a little too fatty but a good deal and as i said before with the hours, deliv, etc options… The cheesesticks were — ok. A big order(not sure what the actual price is — $ 4.99, 6.99? They seem to like .99s) so far more than one person could eat. Not as deliciously cheesy as Papa John’s old school, even in the best, meltiest, middle part, but decent. I’m thinking that Sarpino’s is going to be a place that I order specific things(like that personal pizza I got the first time), use their v frequent coupons to try out other stuff, and wouldn’t mind seeing at a party buffet.

I have order from Sarpino’s over the past year and they have steadily declined to the lowest possible level. On Tuesday night I ordered chicken fingers and double cheesy breadsticks. I have had the regular cheese sticks before but never had I ordered the double cheese variety’ nor had I ordered chicken fingers. They were terrible in edible. I literally offered the food to a co-workers and no one would eat it! Chicken bricks, that I wouldn’t give to anyone’s dog. Double Cheese bread with little cheese on it and dried like it was a leftover. In addition, the Non — manager was rude she left me hold for 20 minutes. She behaved as if she could care less and as if I was in the wrong. Then when I asked for it to be sent out again which was my only choice other than a refund they sent it nearly an hour after a order for a salad and breadsticks that I placed for my co-worker. Everyone said my food looked horrible! When my co-worker got her food without mine she called Sarpino’s. She was told my order was coming later. Before the driver arrived I told them to keep their food. I went without food that night and lost 20 dollars. The manager didn’t recover service. She abused and kept my money.

I ordered food from here late at night from grubHub. While the food(Mac & Cheese bites) was delicious — though possibly because it was at 2am, I would never recommend this to anyone for two reasons. 1) Their drivers are prone to lying. I had just made my grubHub account, and was told by the driver that, according to the receipt, I had elected to pay in cash. I personally thought this was suspect since I’d registered my card with the site, but I paid the money anyway. After checking my card history, it turns out I actually had paid. In essence, the driver scammed me. 2) Occasionally, companies hire people who turn out to be dishonest. Things like that happen. How the company chooses to handle situations like these is what really matters, and this is really the reason I’m writing this review. I called the restaurant, got the manager on the phone, and let him know the situation. After saying that it was unfortunate, he said he’d get the driver to bring me back the money he’d taken. That’s it. The response was equivalent to an «oops». With scamming drivers and management who honestly don’t care that customers are getting ripped off, you’d be best served finding somewhere else to order from. Pathetic.

I have been ordering for a almost a year and so far the only thing I haven’t tried is the salad. The calzone here is really good but a large is more like a small where I’m from. The sandwiches are ok but the amount of meat and topping is not consistent between the different bread choices. The pizza and pasta I like as is. The appetizers need some work the only thing I like is the wings. I tried all the other appetizers and didn’t really like anything else. I wish they had Fries. The delivery is always at least a hour and fifteen min to where I live so I make sure I order way before I’m actually ready to eat. It has always been worth the wait.

Horrible customer service. Even the manager was a jerk. These people are not worth giving your money too. I will never go back.

Just be honest with me… not really too much to ask. Leading up to tonight, our experience with Sarpinos service has been spotty at best. The pizza is delicious, which is what has kept us ordering. We order a pizza every 7 – 10 days for almost a year now. For whatever reason, tonight was a mess. Our pizza went«out for delivery» at 7:40p. I called at 8:40p to check on an eta. I was told it was otw and would only be 5 – 10 more mins. At 9:40p, our pizza still hadn’t arrive, so I called to cancel. If they had told me when i called to check that«they were backed up», «rough night», and(or) «sorry for the wait», I would have relaxed and waited. Please don’t tell me minutes when you mean hours. With all of the pizza options in midtown, we’ll now be exercising our right to dine elsewhere.

I would rate this place a minus 5 if I could. I ordered thru GrubHub and my order should have arrived by 10:40. By 11:10 I called GrubHub and they called Sarpinos who said my order should arrive by 11:28. My food didn’t arrive until 11:55 and the driver wasn’t even inside my building. He was sitting in his car! I had to leave my apartment and go meet him in their rain. My order was cold and I am livid! To add insult to injury, I’d prepaid my tip! Never again!

First time trying Sarpinos and was a bit apprehensive due to so many pizza joints in Atlanta. Ordered the 8″ santa fe personal pizza, and built own calzone. The order came in on my phone and in and email, which I liked. We drove to the location, it was clean and smelled like a pizza place should. Good, prompt service and the manager told us of the special we had missed when placing the order on line. Now down to the food… The calzone was awesome. Crisp crust with a hint of garlic butter, blended cheese that was gooey without be oily. Fresh olives, green pepper, onion and pepperoni. The marinara was sweet and tangy. My husband loved his pizza also. We are going back for sure, and we can cause is open until 4am. A bit pricey, but very much worth it.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I paid 11 dollars, 12 with tax, for Chicken Parmesan(aka chicken resting on a bed of pasta– according to the description on the website). I got the order and low and behold, there is no chicken! I paid 12 something dollars for a bowl of pasta with marinara sauce. So of course I called grubhub and had them contact the«chef» who insisted that there was chicken. I’m not stupid or blind, I’m pretty sure I didn’t miss a slab of chicken when I stuck my fork inside the pasta. So they refused to give me a refund. Oh by the way, the pasta isn’t even good. It tastes like warm worms. In sauce. Don’t ever order from this place. They will screw you over and not even give you the courtesy of apologizing.

Sarpino’s Pizzeria, a national pizza chain, opened its first Atlanta area store late 2014 in the Tenside mixed-use apartment building(Zen on Ten, Jersey Mike’s, Five Guys, Three Dollar Café) at the corner of 10th Street and Northside Drive in West Midtown(Westside). Though nowhere near as big as pizza giants like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Little Caesars, Sarpino’s is a direct competitor with its carry-out and delivery only model. I live close to Sarpino’s and found out about the business from a flyer/menu I got in the mail. The store sells over 40 different kinds of «Specialty» and«Gourmet» pizzas. Some of the more interesting ones include Bacon Cheeseburger, Super Taco(with chunky salsa and sour cream), Alfredo Pomodoro, and Chicken Fajita. They also have simpler, classic, and more«authentic» pizzas like the Margarita(Margherita) and White Pizza made with olive oil. Pizzas come in five sizes(8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 inches) and range in price from about as little as $ 10 for an 8-inch personal pan pizza to almost $ 25 for an extra-large 16-inch pizza. You can build your own pizza too and choose from over 50 sauces, cheeses, and toppings that include somewhat atypical items(for a pizza delivery chain) like chipotle ranch sauce, various cured Italian meats, meatballs, cilantro, garlic, giardiniera, fresh basil, zucchini, eggplant, shrimp, and clams. Along with pizza, Sarpino’s sells pastas(e.g. baked lasagna, spaghetti, tortellini), calzones, salads, sandwiches, wings, chicken tenders, bread sticks, and fried snacks like mozzarella sticks and onion rings. There are good carry-out specials, listed in-store only: 8-inch cheese pizza — $ 3.99 8-inch 1-topping pizza — $ 4.49 8-inch 3-topping pizza — $ 5.49 Any 8-inch Specialty or Gourmet pizza — $ 5.49 Regular calzone — $ 5.99 Large calzone — $ 7.49 These specials are a nice deal because an 8-inch 3-topping, Specialty, or Gourmet pizza normally runs about $ 10. Regular calzones run about $ 6.50−7.50 each and large calzones run about $ 9 – 10 each. All carry-out specials include a 12-ounce drink. If you live or work nearby, take advantage! Sarpino’s also has some decent combo deals which I believe are only available on their paper menu and not online. One I’ve ordered is an extra-large two-topping pizza, wings, and 10-inch garlic bread sticks for $ 22.99. Ordered individually, these items would add up to close to $ 35. If you happen to go to the store, be sure to check out these deals on the bottom of the paper menu next to the registers. As for the pizza itself, it’s okay. In terms of quality and satisfaction, it’s on par with the big chains which, for me, is good enough when it comes to this kind of pizza. Comparatively, I find the crust to be exceptionally thick and soft. Airy almost. Overall, the pizza is greasy. For example, the concave slices of pepperoni and Italian sausage contain tiny puddles of grease(brings back memories of Domino’s). It would be nice if the staff was more generous with the amount of toppings and small sides such as the peperoncini. They only give one peperoncino per pizza, even if it’s extra large size. At Papa John’s, two peperoncini is standard. The wings are alright too. They’re meaty and not drenched in sauce. There are only two flavors of wings: hot ‘n spicy buffalo and BBQ. I’ve tried the buffalo flavor and it is mildly spicy. The wings would be better if they were juicier and crispier. The garlic bread sticks are disappointing. The bread sticks are plain and have hardly any garlic flavor. It’s more like bread sticks that have been treated with a little bit of oil/butter and lightly sprinkled with herbs. As a result, dipping sauce is a must. There are about a dozen dipping sauces and each order of pizza, wings, bread sticks, etc. comes with a free dipping sauce. The creamy garlic dipping sauce is strong. I prefer the jalapeño ranch which is lighter and has a nice zing. Regular ranch is a reliable standby. Service is fine. While this place isn’t the well-oiled machine that Papa John’s is down the street, I’ve had no issues. However, I only have experience with carry-out service. If ordering carry-out, give the kitchen about 20 minutes to prepare your order. The store looks good. The space went through a build-out/renovation so it looks new and clean. Since this is a carry-out and delivery joint, there’s no room to eat inside. There are a couple sit-down counters with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flake shakers, but these are designed for carry-out customers to wait at and use when prepping their pizzas to-go. There’s also a TV in the waiting area and there are no restrooms for customer use. Self-park for free in the Tenside parking deck which can be accessed via Northside or 10th Street. In the end, I give Sarpino’s 2.5 stars rounded up to 3.

So we ordered online from GrubHub and were told there would be a 2 hour and 15 minute wait for our delivery. –1 star for a’int nobody got time for that. We called in to switch to carry out and the lady who answered treated us like we were idiots. –1 star for a lack of courtesy. Food was really pricey and would have been about $ 25 cheaper had I called it in in the first place. –1 star for outright shame on ya’ll. Pizza was tasty,(actually, I will admit it was some seriously delicious pizza!) but not worth the hassle. We will only order from here if everywhere else is closed(and we will call in said order!).

STOP!!! If you are doing carry-out, DONOTORDERONLINE! That is, if you don’t like the feeling of being PLAYED! Don’t get me wrong, I had no beef w/paying $ 10 for my online«gourmet» personal pizza. The problem I had was once I got inside, plastered right by the register was a flyer: CARRY-OUTONLY Personal Cheese $ 3.99 Personal 1-Topping $ 4.49 Personal 3-Topping/Specialty/Gourmet $ 5.49 (annnnnnd, they all come w/a soda!) To top it off, I just noticed the bottom of my NEWWEBCUSTOMER rcpt says: ORDERONLINEANDGETADDITIONAL10% DISCOUNT!

I ordered from Sarpino’s using GrubHub. My food came much quicker than expected(Over 15 minutes sooner than the estimated time given by Grubhub) My custom Large Calzone w/EXTRA LIGHT peppers was GREAT, and was much bigger than expected. My boyfriend said his Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich was delicious, and his sandwich was also much bigger than expected. The bread sticks were kind of plain/dry, but everything else made up for it.
