Simplified Document Solutions was the brain child of an experienced bankruptcy paralegal who was tired of seeing people in need being taken advantage of with high attorney’s fees for bankruptcy services. He quit his job as a paralegal and started helping individuals in need file bankruptcy for a low $ 249 flat fee.

He combined the bankruptcy service and his established tax service under one umbrella and opened his Atlanta office in January, 2014. He has also added educational representation and consulting to his portfolio of services to help those struggling with IEPs and disciplinary action at both the k-​12 level as well as the college/​university level.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Charles is originally from Flint, Michigan. He relocated to Atlanta in 2001 for better economic opportunities. He graduated from Clayton State University with a degree in Paralegal studies and got a job as a paralegal with a large bankruptcy firm. He worked for this firm for 4 years with the last 3 as a supervisor.

He then went to work for a small firm specializing in bankruptcy. He worked there for 4 years until he decided that he could provide better service at a lower price by helping people on his own. He started $ 249 Bankruptcy in May of 2013 on a part time basis. In January 2014, he quit his job and combined his bankruptcy and tax service under the banner of Simplified Document Solutions.

Charles has successfully handled literally tens of thousands of cases and helped people obtain relief from millions of dollars in crushing debt.
