I’ve been going to Spa Sentio every 3 – 4 weeks ever since I discovered their lash extension services. They’re simply the best at it. Eva Zacharias is like the queen of lashes. (Really. Look her up) Ryan is absolutely wonderful. He makes you feel like the only client, every time.

This is quite possibly one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had.
The nail technician was late, and even though I made appointments for two, she was the only one on duty. I sat with my feet soaking for nearly a half hour before the other woman showed up.
Neither of the ladies seemed especially skilled, especially for a $ 50 pedicure (if not for my Scoutmob). I contemplated walking out more than a couple times.
The ambiance is nice and it’s in a pretty good location. I can’t speak for the other spa services offered, but if you’re looking for a new nail place, this is not it.

I bought the TravelZoo deal and boy was it NOT WORTH IT. I spent months trying to get an appointment, only to find out that they only have one nail tech and that she only works one day a week.
I finally get an appointment this past Sunday and the nail tech does the equivalent of a polish change with a smidge of lotion on my hands and then she LEAVES. The make-​up artist (who was a super lovely person) did my pedicure, but he wasn’t a nail tech, so it was more like an at home job.
I come into work on Monday to find that they’ve left a voice mail on my work phone (not my cell, which I supplied when I made the appointment) asking if I could come in a half hour early because the nail tech «had a busy day.»
I have no idea what their other services are like, but I wouldn’t let them do my nails again if they paid me. Major suckage.

I have to say that what made the difference in the whole spa experience for me was the nice welcoming and sweet personality of receptionist/​massage therapist named Ryan. Although I was late for my appointment, I felt very much welcomed and the massage was great too. The music skipped at times but everything else was great. The aesthetician was also very good and gave me some nice neck and arm massage to go along with my facial. She was quite aggressive with her product upselling though, which made me uncomfortable as I wasn’t planning on purchasing anymore skincare products as I have so much already! Overall, it was a great experience. I would go back for another massage.

I too used Scout Mob and I must say it sweetened the deal. The space is quite quant but really hip and stylish. My masseuse was tentative to my problem areas and ensured my comfort. It was one of the best massages I have received.
Opportunities: the music in the room skipped a bit which tampered with my zen a little.
I recommend Spa Sentio and will be returning with my Return Scout Mob coupon.

I went to Spa Sentio a few weeks ago to get a Manicure and Pedicure with some of my girlfriends. Three of us left feeling utterly shocked and disappointed at how poorly our nails looked. A fourth left without even getting her nails done because the ladies took too long doing ours! My friend who was skipped asked for her money back but had to go through the website
to get her money refunded. Not only were my friends and I appalled at the poor quality of our manicures and Pedicures we also were not impressed with the décor of the place. The chairs they provide for the pedies and manies were very uncomfortable. The nail technicians were not very friendly. I’m sure this place provides quality services such as massages and facials, but when it comes to manies and pedies, you and your wallet would be better off going to a neighborhood nail salon.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience here. First impression when I walked in the door was small, elegant and clean. They were very friendly, offering me water when I first came in (which I hear is very smart to drink a lot of before getting a massage to help loosen muscles). I had a girl who knew I was a first timer, I wasn’t sure of the difference between swedish and deep tissue so she gave me a mix to educate me. She asked what I did for a living so she could focus on problem areas and I felt completely rejuvenated when I left. Not to mention I used scoutmob and saved some money!

Found them on ScoutMob and was thrilled bc not many spa’s in Westside. Very cool atmosphere, small but quaint and different than most.
They fit us in last minute on a Sunday for Pedicures and it was fun! I would go back for sure.

My face was in need of a good facial after the winter. Spa Sentio had a Scoutmob so I decided to try the place out, rather than going to my usual spa. Upon entry, I filled out the requisite spa form in the small waiting area right next to the reception desk, with all walls & warehouse-​like ceilings painted a bright and clean white. The spa itself was a smaller space, with nails being done in the front space, and 2 back rooms for spa treatments.
Like most spas, dim lights and soothing music set the scene for the facial. The spa table was not the most comfortable with dips in the wrong places for someone my height– beanbag pillows below the knees and neck would have solved the problem. The esthetician went through my beauty routine with me (and criticized my use of over-​the-​counter facial cleanser… hey, if doctors recommend for sensitive skinned folks & burn victims, I think I’m ok to use it). Overall, my facial felt cleansing and relaxing and the esthetician was very friendly and skilled– my skin afterward felt soft and relieved of the winter dead skin, though I may have reacted to some of the products that my skin was not used to.
Nice additional hand/​neck/​feet massages, even though I only had the facial… I only wish that I could hear my esthetician washing her hands before returning to my face. My eyes were closed and I bet she wiped them on a damp towel but still, would have like the audible sounds of cleanliness too.
With the 50% off, it was a pretty good deal, though without it, I may return to my usual spa.
