great place to have light breakfast.
A cup of coffee with croissant is my best combination of breakfast at this the most convenient shipping mall. No concept of parking at this busy downtown, never disappointing coffee and foods

Nearly a year after my last review, my opinion has not changed of this place. Consistently great service. I’ve been to Starbucks such as that at Perimeter Mall, where staff was exceptionally rude, and that makes me avoid all Starbucks until I think of this location. The folks who work here are always pleasant. As I said before, there are always long lines here, and it isn’t easy to find a seat, café tables are too small, and it’s hard to find a seat, but the polite demeanor of the people who work here makes up for that.

To cap off a great day having lunch in Buckhead and shopping at Lenox Mall stopped at Starbucks to have a Pumpkin Spice Latte. These things are so good along with the Pumpkin Spice cake.
This location is super busy as they are sitting in the middle of the mall. Seating is limited however we were lucky to get a table and people watch as folks fly by or go up and down the escalators. Pretty quick at taking your order. A bit of wait time but that was to be expected.

Service is just ok, but I guess given how busy they are, especially on the weekends, this isn’t surprising. Be prepared for the zoo if you want something from this location during peak hours.

This location is way too popular. The wait was a tad longer than usual, but then again, this is a kiosk located in a mall (Lenox Square) with the holiday season at hand. And not to mention this was nearing the end of a shopping day where people are tired and worn out. I know I was from my shopping adventures of the day.
Some of the employees were friendly while some had their concentration faces on. The gal that took my order was nice and happily recommended something with a punch of caffeine under the tea section.
There were a couple of tables and chairs available for the tiresome folks, but it gets filled pretty fast. The kiosk is located in the middle of the mall near Macy’s (?).

Much improved since the remodel. This place gets slammed with mall traffic during peak days and times but during the workday this is a pretty good option. This place is better run than the Phipps Plaza Starbucks.

Hot, dirty, smelly bathroom and foul attitude at 9:00am on a Monday! Employees are probably not the best people for cleaning job or maybe they need baristas with BR cleaning skills, lol… Won’t recommend this joint. Many other coffee shops at the mall (Lenox) or close by in Buckhead, including other Starbucks.
