Quick, Efficient and Good — These are the word to describe this place within the CNN Center. There is so much going on in this place, I would hate to waste time in a Starbucks line, thanks to their staff, I don’t have those problems. I have zero complaints about this Starbucks and I would encourage them to keep up the great work.

Nice staff, conveniently located inside the food court in the CNN Center, and it’s full service! Some of the Starbucks locations I’ve run into in small areas only serve certain drinks, so it’s great this is full service! I got a marble cake and a soy iced coffee and they were both fantastic! I will visit again during my next trip downtown near the CNN center!

Pretty standard Starbucks. The line was pretty long and didn’t move particularly quickly once it got to be around 10am or so. Staff was friendly and accommodated my odd request(large hot water, maybe it’s not that odd, I don’t know) without rolling their eyes or anything.

Get your Starbucks experience in downtown Atlanta. Be prepared to wait during the morning rush. Ask for Rod(the store manager) or Ken(coffee master) for the BEST latte ever. You will fall in love with coffee all over again.

Can you believe you just found a Starbucks in a food court?! Seriously though, this place can be extremely busy at all hours of the day, but the staff always manages to get the drinks made within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve definitely been to this Starbucks more than any other and I love their selection of scones and snacks. You have to try the vanilla bean scones if they are in stock, SOYUMMY. Don’t be scared off by the line, it moves faster than you would think. Open until 9pm on most days makes it one of the only places in the CNN Center open that late.

customer service here is still top-notch and if it gets really crowded they are real good about jumping on the second register to help move things along faster.

Fun fact: there are a couple Thrashers players who have to stop by for a coffee before a game. Thank you for letting me now have a special nickname for you, Latte… I mean Eric Boulton. This is so useful to have here. The line can get really long with people working nearby, visiting, coming to sit around before a sporting event, and they are pretty quick about it. And they are REALLY really nice. I needed tea today before I coughed my lungs out onto a table nearby, and the barista was ready to go get the tea I wanted before I could get the whole name out of my mouth. He even offered to leave room for milk, but I don’t want to ruin the tea with that. I am so picky about tea that’s not loose leaf but oh my god, Starbucks having Tazo’s vanilla rooibos makes my day. I also decided I needed some of the cute little donuts and scones. But the birthday cake donut, aka the one with the cutest name, was not tasty. They don’t exactly bake them so that’s not their fault but bleh. Things with pink icing are supposed to taste good. But I could eat those little vanilla bean scones all day long. Sometimes I go straight for giant beer… but sometimes this is a good place to start before chilling and people watching for an hour or three. #Yelp365 — 60⁄365

A shout out(and a shameless plug) to the people at CNN Starbucks, who have been done a great job with their coffee and service! Even if the line goes a half a block or so, somehow, you’ll get your coffee within the a few minutes. .. . oh yeah, one of the Baristas have a band too. Here is the URL:
