Specialties
I prepare dinner parties in your home. A typical dinner includes 4 course, appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert. I prepare everything in your kitchen, serve all four courses, and clean up! My typical dinner party is 8 – 12, but I am able to serve as many 35 with my staff.
Another specialty of mine is omelets. I do a similar set up, where I prepare omelets to order on your site (office or home), along with a variety of «add-ons» like breakfast meats, pastries, coffee service, etc.
I’m from Louisiana. I love a fine dining environment, which is how I’ve made my living since 2001, but I can also handle your crawfish boil or fish fry and I make my own sausages by hand!
In addition to Cajun and New Orleans cuisines, my influences also include Latin, French, and Middle Eastern.
