The UPS Store

I’ve been using this UPS store since they opened as «Mailboxes». The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful in every way. They are convenient & getting in & out fast is a breeze.
Having them for USAA deposits is icing on the cake!

Convenient and the parking lot is not overly crowded. Staff is always friendly and consistently ensures I’m getting the most from my shipping cost.

So I sent 3 pieces of art and was super worried about the way they packaged it. I paid extra so they would do the packaging and use their materials. Well, thank goodness I got insurance because one of the pieces arrived cracked! However the reason they get 4 stars is because how amazingly great they handled the situation. They were «on it» I called the 800#, they started the claim and then the store took over and the whole process took about 1 month. I was kept in the loop the whole time and felt comfortable that they would take care of everything.
Rose, Rebecca and Michael helped me and they were all very kind, patient and attentive to my needs.

Friendly, helpful staff! Fast but not rushed service.
I went to this UPS store to mail a large amount of gifts. Some were in gift boxes and wrapped. Others were in gift bags. They packaged them in a box and added paper to make sure they were secure. The box and packing were only $ 11.
The shipping was not cheap but it was worth being able to track my package (I’ve had items lost by USPS so I rather pay extra with UPS for the security).
I chose ground shipping, 3 to 4 business days. My items made it safely to Boston, from Atl. I took them to the store Tuesday around noon. They were in Boston Friday afternoon.
I am very pleased with the store’s service and the speedy shipping.
I would love for their shipping cost to lower, but I know that is not up to the store.

One of the best UPS stores I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and remembers me when I come back. Rod the owner is always there and truely doing the best job they can.
