Came here to take care of a notary n fax while in the area. John helped us out and did a great job. Was very friendly, diligent, and quick. Would definitely be back for any future clerical needs when in the area.

Are you kidding me? This is a horrendous UPS store! No wonder no one is ever in here. The unfriendly woman behind the counter assured me she had my packages going to the correct address! But guess what? She was incorrect! $ 33.00 to the wrong addresses! I am SO upset because it was my 1st time there and she was SO unhelpful!

I still love the Buckhead UPS store better, but this one (which I think is newly opened) is closer to my work place and is not too bad either. Taking away one star only because I did have to wait around to be helped even though there were two people chitchatting on the side but overall it was a quick transaction and I love my UPS!

This location always has the quickest & friendliest service!
Today, I had to mail out 2 odd-​sized items and asked if they sell cardboard boxes. Rickey promptly informed me that they carry 55 (that’s right) different sized boxes and proceeded to find me one of the perfect size, pack my items securely in it, tape it up, and print out the mailing label in record time. This place is seriously THE best. You’ll be in and out of there so fast that you’ll wonder what to do with all the extra time you’ve allotted yourself.
