Chances are, you or someone you know has already tried using a listing company to get out of a timeshare, only to come up unsuccessful. As you look at listing and auction sites, you can often find a very comparable resort listed for $ 1 with zero bids and only hours or minutes left. If that is the market, how can we be confident that our results will be more favorable?

Listing companies and donation services will often require fees upfront without any guarantee of results. If they aren’t successful, that timeshare is still yours.

If we are fortunate enough to have earned your trust to help you exit your timeshare you will be assigned to an Account Coordinator who becomes your single point of contact for your case. Questions, concerns, cheers or jeers — you will have the direct contact information of your Account Coordinator, so you never have to work with a call center that can’t find your file notes in their clunky computer system. Give them a call, email them or watch your inbox for your monthly status updates to arrive, keeping you up to date with the status of your exit.

«I never planned on being in the timeshare exit business. I have been in the construction industry for the past nineteen years and have helped build two of the largest construction companies in the United States; both located in my hometown of beautiful Seattle, Washington. While building these companies, I owned two timeshares of my own that I was not consistently using. After I penciled out how many times I actually used my weeks and how much I was spending, the numbers did not pan out.
