HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have never written a review in my life, but I was compelled to write after coming in to this location requesting botox. No wonder their Midtown office location closed! The receptionist was nice and pleasant. However, when I went back to the room to actually get the botox, I met the nurse practitioner, Lucy. She said I should try Dysport instead of Botox. When I told her I would prefer Botox, her look changed and she said «Why not? It’s better for you» I told her one again I would just prefer Botox. I also indicated that when I’d made the appointment, I said it was for Botox. I remember their Midtown location pushing Dysport pretty hard as well for some reason. Anyway, she then said «I don’t know if you have problem or what, but we don’t have Botox, we only have a little bit, it’s not enough and you should try Dysport.» I literally said «you seem mad at me» She then said «well, you aren’t listening.» I asked to speak to her manager. She went into the other room for over 10 minutes. I could hear her explaining the story very differently from how it occured. When she came back, she said she could not do anything for me until the manager came in. We waited another 3 – 4 minutes. I asked her how much longer it might take because I had now been waiting for in total over 30 minutes and didn’t expect it to take this long. She then said «30 minutes is not that long for you.» HUH? What? How would she know this? When the manager came in, I said since it had taken so long, and I was now late for another apppointment, I would take the Dysport. He said they had decided not to service me at all today. I said I felt his Nurse Practitioner, Lucy, was rude. At which point the Manager said «Do you not think I train my employees well?» Again, AM I IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE? I walked out. I will never return. This office is filled with Eastern European employees (the manager and nurse practitioner both had accents and are possibly Russian), but this was not a translation issue. I don’t know what is wrong with this center, but it truly is the worst experience I have ever had, ever, at any service I have ever had in my life. Again, I have never written any type of complaint ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE GOOD SERVICE!
