I was one of those people who insisted on moving my money away from Wells Fargo once they announced that they were going to start charging for certain types of debit card usage. I rarely use my debit card, but I didn’t want to support the change. I changed my direct deposit, auto transfers, and auto pay, but kept my account open. Since then, they’ve canceled their plans to charge a monthly debit card fee. I’ve started using the drive-​thru ATM at this location again, and boy is it convenient. It’s very easy to get in and out of, which makes depositing (envelope-​free) checks and getting cash a breeze.
