This place shouldn’t even exist. The foods terrible and tasteless, gross and soggy. There’s nothing particularly wrong with it, but also its just bad and I kept smelling cat food as I ate it. It’s hard to explain. If you could go to chipotle then why would you go here? It’s like a chipotle rip off that sucks. The service is terrible too and the place is dirty.

Went in here for lunch at 2:30pm 9÷3÷2015. There were two Mexican Americans working the front counter. I say Mexican Americans proudly, as both were very hard working individuals. I ordered the Baja steak burrito plate, and my wife ordered the Baja chicken burrito plate. Both plates were fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, and all of our food had great flavor. I can’t say enough good things about the service. These people are great! If I had any negatives, the tables/boths inside the restaurant. They seemed to be worn out, and old. Also, house keeping in the dining room could have been a little better. But with only two people working in a lunch rush, I really couldn’t see how they would have had the time. I would highly recommend trying this Willys out, you won’t regret it.

The guy at the front was really nice, greeted us and served us. That was probably the best part. After that, all went downhill. The place did not have a single clean table, the back of the place smells awful. The food was bland and the chips were greasy. Overall, the guy at the front was the best part of our experience and we will not be returning to this or any other Willy’s.

I’ve always preferred Willy’s over its competitors. Now I’m not so sure. I work within walking distance of a Moe’s and a Barberitos. I thought I’d drive the extra mile down the street to get Willy’s. It was awful. I ordered a pretty basic burrito; spicy chicken, rice, black beans, etc. The tortilla was very dry and the burrito smelled rotten or sour. Sounds silly but it really was the strangest smell! Also, the cheese was too cold and was clumped together in a ball on one side of my burrito. Perhaps I came in right after a rush period but the salsa station was disgusting. It appeared that no one had been by to refill in quite a while. There was dried, caked-on mess everywhere. Out of all the available tables to sit at, not one of them was clean. The benches all appeared to have food on them and when I sat down, the bench was very sticky. I understand that every restaurant has it’s day, but I cannot say that I’ll give this location another go. No way. It just seemed very unclean. I’ll stick to the Willy’s in Edgewood shopping center, they’re doing it right.

I straight up got food poisoning from this Willy’s. I got a steak burrito and was vomiting the next day and laid up for the better part of the weekend. I used to come here on a regular basis and it was fine, but I’m definitely never coming back to this location.

I am in love with Willy’s. If I could eat their nachos every day I would, so fresh tasting. Way better than Chipotle or Moe’s; however, this location is my least favorite. I will drive out of my way not to go here– very skimpy portions compared to other locations! I feel like I don’t get half as much food.

Of all of the burrito QSRs in the area, Willy’s is by far my favorite. We always pop into this Willy’s location and take our food to go. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and there is never a long line. My husband loves the burrito while I opt for the chicken quesadilla. Of course, we always get a cheese dip(they have my favorite) and chips for the road. There is a wide selection of Coke products and beer, and they also sell King of Pops popsicles if you are looking for a sweet post-meal treat! From what I can tell, there is a plethora of seating and the booths are definitely large enough to pile in a whole family. I highly suggest this Willy’s location, which is not only made great by the delicious food, but also by the extremely friendly staff who value their customers and treat them with respect.

I went to Willys for the first time for dinner and was greeted by a friendly staff. KEYO one of the workers there was makimg our food and he said he could make the best quesadia. After taking him up on the offer I agree its the best quesadia i ever had. So if you ever get a chance to go ask for the Keyo quesadia. The chicken, salsa and veggies make for a filling meal. I will certainly return to Willys again. I had an awesome experience.

This just like most other willy’s is de-lish, fast, and friendly. I get a burrito in a bowl with black beans and no rice. Extra red peppers and every veggie available.(cucumbers, tomato, onion, cilantro, green pepper, and a squeeze of lime to be exact). I’ll admit the dip, chips and quesadillas are so so good, but I tend to stick to my favorite carb-less wonder that is a willy’s salad. But hey– I just turned a stuff-your-face-with-a-burrito-and-cheese-dip place into a healthy little snack place. You’re welcome.

I love Willy’s! I eat lunch here at least once a week! I usually get chicken tacos but the burritos are good too. The staff at this location is very friendly as well.

burritos good and cheap… a quick and easy lunch decision. Not my favorite of the burrito crowd but definitely the most convenient!

Spice up your lunch break with some south of the border flavor! To me this place is a Moe’s with more flavor and fresher ingredients that isn’t as expensive as Chipotle. I usually frequent this joint for lunch since it is close to work for me. Even if there is a long line I never wait more than a couple of minutes as they are very speedy. The menu has a well rounded selection, including some healthier options and I like that they offer soft corn tortillas. I will typically try two terrific tacos with steak on two tasty corn tortillas. Boom! I just served you a happy heaping helping of alliteration… Twice… Anyways, to bring it back to the food, the salads are also a great healthy option as well. Of course you can never go wrong with the burritos either. I would say get either steak or Adobe chicken but hey, what do I know. I’m just that guy on Unilocal that gave you sound food advise AND a lesson in 10th grade English terms. Finally, the service is wonderful and there is always a friendly manager there as well to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I give it 5 stars since I am grading it for what it is, a fast food chain restaurant. Its not gourmet fine dining but they are superb for the type of place it is.

Stuffed burritos. Friendly staff. I liked that the manager works in the front cashiering and helping the other staff. Enough seating but weird set up. TVs inside for entertainment.

I stop here about once every couple of weeks on my way to work. This is a small location but I always order mine to go and they move high volumes of people traffic thru quickly. I usually get the adobe chicken burrito bowl. It’s similar to Moe’s but their meats are seasoned better in my opinion. The pulled pork burrito is huge and tasty too. I always add queso for the free chips they provide because it’s only right. After paying, I walk to their free salsa bar and mix the mild with hot in a to go salsa cup. It’s as healthy as you make it. Sidebar– My custom adobe(spicy) chicken burrito bowl includes: Chix, black beans, rice, cilantro, cucumbers, a dab of sour cream, a pinch of cheese, a side of chipotle ranch, lettuce and salsa. They have many more toppings of course… waaay more than Chipotle.

I had the chicken quesadillas, they were ok but barely hitting that ok level. It was served kinda cold. They had no stock in beer so that was a bummer! Place was relatively empty for a Saturday and salsa was alright. Probably not gonna be back but I recommend it if you are into cold unauthentic Mexican food. :-0

Seems that most people are complaining about WIlly’s simply because it’s a chain. Get your mind of the gutter and consider this: the restaurant became a chain for a reason and in this case, the reason is awesome burritos and fresh ingredients. Is it authentic? of course not, but neither does it claim to be! I travel lots to the west coast and Willy’s still remains one of my favorites. Only minor complaint is that the chips are just not that good. The salsa selection is superb and the selection of available ingredients is excellent.

This Willy’s is in a great location — very clean and everyone working here is helpful — fresh and tasty ingredients — i like their burrito in a bowl with tofu — very tasy and filling — The meals come with chips and their salsa bar is great.

I have lived in Atlanta for over 10 years now, and Willy’s have been a weekly staple from the start. I currently live near the one in Buckhead but every location around town(I’ve been to all of them) is consistently an amazing burrito experience. I do occasionally change things up with a taco/soup combo in the winter, or the nachos. But the burrito is the way to go. I proposed to my wife over a Willy’s burrito, it was the perfect compliment to her engagement ring. I digress. Their ingredients are always fresh, service always quick and friendly. I have perfected my order: steak burrito, no rice, light black beans, add as many fresh greens as will fit, sour cream and guac(which is a few cents extra, yes that is ok). I eat burritos all over the country, Willy’s is consistently the best.

I love where I live. There are many reasons why I love my ‘hood but a BIG one is all the dining spots near me — as in, walking distance or a 3 min drive, near me. Sweet. And Willy’s is one of them. My favorite burrito place for fast-casual picks. A burrito with cheese and all that stuff on top is great if you’re dining in a restaurant, but for to-go, give me Willy’s chicken or steak with added guac, hold the beans, and I’m a happy girl. Did I mention I work right by home, too? Lunch options have never been easier — off to devour some Tex-Mex at my desk now!

If not for the Peachtree Road Race, I’d never have known about this Willy’s. As I was running, I was blasted by a water cannon from someone, and then I realized that it was from a Willy’s employee, and we were right in front of a Willy’s location. Like in a Mentos commercial, his act of treason was forgiven with smiles and high fives, and I made a mental note of this particular location. While on assignment in Buckhead, I remembered it, and swung by for lunch. I have a deliberate tendency to take my lunches, staggered in order to avoid the most painful lunch rushes, and this experience was no exception. Given the size of the parking lot, and that 90% of Buckhead-ites can’t drive to begin with, I can imagine the potential for headaches in this parking lot. The seating inside has small limitations, but again, as for someone like me that prefers to eat off-peak times, it’s a non-issue, but given the popularity of all Willy’s across the city, I’m fairly confident that this place is slammed between 11:30 — 1:30. Otherwise, same great food, same great service, and they did not skimp me on my Super Nachos.
