I have been putting off getting my watch batteries replaced, but if I had known how nice my experience would be at Worthmore, I would have done it much sooner. They have a very friendly staff, quick and efficient service, and convenient location. Thank you, Worthmore. I will be back soon!

I got engaged last week, and I needed to get my ring re-​sized. I read some pretty good reviews for Worthmore, but the main reason I chose them is because they could get it finished the quickest (because I was obviously devastated to go without my new ring). I went in yesterday and was blown away by the customer service! I’ve heard horror stories about diamonds getting switched out in rings, and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and assure me that it would be my same diamond upon return. They told me how it would be about 2 weeks for it to be re-​sized because of the busy time of year, but for a small fee I could have a 3 day rush order! I did the rush order and I am not lying when I say they called me 3 hours later saying it was finished! I know this probably isn’t always likely, but I was thrilled! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, and we will for sure be returning for my finance’s ring! :)

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place for watch repair.
Went to have two watch batteries replaced. The back of one watch ended up scratched. They pulled the crown out of the other while setting the time. I was told specifically that the watch was working, but that they would have the crown replaced free of charge and it would take 1 to 2 weeks. Fast forward 6 weeks, I call to see where my watch is. First person I talked with has no idea what happened and just told me to wait longer. The second person I talked with says that the whole watch movement needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost 140 dollars. No apology for the 4 week delay, no offer for any kind of compensation considering I walked in with a working watch and they managed to pull the crown out during a battery exchange. Also no explanation on how the movement stopped working and why I was now liable for it. We are pushing week 8 and they still haven’t managed to call me to pick up my now broken watch.

My wife and I came in to get a few items repaired and her rings cleaned. Julianna was a huge help! She greeted us at the door and immediately inquired as to our needs. They were having their holiday party so the environment was very upbeat and everyone was very polite and helpful. GREAT PLACE! Glad to say we’ve found our new jeweler.

I went to Worthmore Jewelers to get a ring resized and restored. I had a ring that belonged to my grandmother that I planned to give to my girlfriend as an engagement ring. However, it needed to be resized and restored before I coud give it to her. Juliana (Boo) is the employee that helped me. She was nice, knowledgable, attentive, and caring. While I was there, the ring was inspected and I was given a reasonable quote. I allowed Worthmore Jewelers to work on my grandmother’s ring. I picked up the ring 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Not only was the ring resized, but it looked brand new. Juliana had also negotiated the price with the jeweler. I paid significantly less than what I was quoted. I would recommend Worthmore Jewelers to anybody. I proposed to my girlfriend, she said yes, and she loves the ring. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks

Love this place! Had a great experience with Boo. She helped me with a few small things I inherited but knew little about. She was very knowledgable and thoughtful about the pieces. Also love the selection of very nice artisan jewelry. Great place for nice gifts.

Harris, the owner, was kind enough to help me find the perfect fit for my budget and wants. He was very thorough in explaining how my fine watch worked and how to properly maintain it.

On an earlier occasion I had asked Raina to look out for a pair of amber earrings to match a bracelet for my girlfriend. She wasn’t able to find any, but tipped me to a great deal on a gorgeous faceted-​amber pendant necklace that she’s going to love.
As a guy who knows less than nothing about jewelry, staff that can remember your tastes and let you know when something appropriate comes in, is SUCH a huge help.

Worthmore Jewelers did a great job on my wife’s custom ring. Juliana «Boo» Berry put a lot of thought, time, research and hard work into making something special. We will definitely come back for any future purchases.

My boyfriend and I were at Worthmore a couple of months ago just perusing/​browsing ring (told them we were not buying that day). We had an incredible experience, and I definitely hope my boyfriend buys the ring from here! :) I told him I didn’t need to go anywhere else to look after Worthmore! We worked primarily with Bo (Beau?) – the young blonde-​haired lady and her lovely assistant whose name I of course can’t remember – but they were both LOVELY. So helpful, not pushy, and just delightful people.
The rings are stunning. The store itself is very nice, has a hip but also elegant feel to it, which I loved (they sell art/​photography there too) and the rings were just BEAUTIFUL. It was also very interesting to learn about the lab-​made diamonds.
All in all, the staff could not have been more helpful, informative, and pleasant. Awesome, awesome place!

Worthmore is the place to go! I worked with Glenn at the midtown to find the perfect the engagement rings. Glenn was extremely helpful and professional and made the entire process as painless as possible. Harris (the owner) and Glenn both went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.

Contacted Worthmore to get a consult on an engagement ring repair. Sent an email after hours and had a response from Peggy the next day! Brought the ring in today for her to look at, and even though the ring is going back to the original designer for repair Peggy was still super helpful and friendly! I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

When into Worthmore, just browsing, and walked away wanting to do business with them. So, we did. I recently purchased my wedding band there, and they have been over-​the-​top helpful in rectifying my fiancé’s wedding band problem we had at another jeweler. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and are very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Best of all, locally owned and operated. They will be our go-​to now, and in the future, for sure!

Amazing experience! I have been working with Glenn since mid 2013 when I started engagement ring shopping. He was so helpful and led me through the diamond/​setting buying process step by step. I purchased a beautiful stone and setting that was exactly what I had envisioned! After proposing, he worked with the both of us to ensure our wedding rings were perfect! Glenn and all of the supporting staff know us by name and are always cheerfully greeting us when we come by to visit. We could not be more happy with our experience! Future birthdays, anniversaries, holiday, and «just because» gifts will be purchased from these wonderful people that we now consider our friends.

Great inventory, great service, well staffed, good location. Have also had multiple one-​off, small-​time watch fixes that they did on the house. Run, don’t walk, to Worthmore Jewelers.

I had been looking a long time for a trusted jeweler. I decided to visit Worthmore after screening at least 2 dozen jewelers and visiting 3 in person. As soon as I entered the store I could tell something was different. It felt familiar, comfortable and dependable. Maybe I’ve seen too many movies but I was worried about leaving my stone and getting a different one back. But my fears were extinguished as soon as I began a dialogue with a lovely woman named Leslie. She was so professional and knowledgable I felt I was in good hands. Then I met Peggy and that sort of cinched it.
There was something so genuine in her demeanor that I knew I could trust this company. They’re honest, fair and kind — very rare these days. The owner, Harris, is a doll and very caring. If I had to pick one word to describe them it would be TRUSTWORTHY. They’re my go-​to guys now!

Who goes to a jewelry store and has FUN?
I went to Worthmore to get batteries for my collection of Swatch watches. I found them here on Unilocal,of course. I was a little apprehensive about going in because I had read all the reviews, and knew they dealt primarily with high end jewelry. I didn’t have that with me today. I thought this was going to be older, look over at you from the top of their glasses, suit wearing, stuffy people.
NO! This was cool, hipster type people, but dressed appropriately, and über friendly! I felt right at home the moment I hit the door. I knew they weren’t going to treat me funky because I had a handful of plastic watches.
I had a blast talking watch trivia with the handsome gentleman (Glen) that did my batteries, and all of the staff were just so genuinely nice. Wow!
You can bet I’ll be back with my «other» stuff when the time comes, and I know where to come when I need something special.

I needed a ring resized. I found out that rose gold takes special equipment so there aren’t a ton of jewlers in town that can do this. Worthmore can for what only I can assume is because they send the ring offsite to be done. I was a little nervous because the only other review for seizing here was a bad one. Not sure why because mine came back even better than expected.
When I got the ring back it was gorgeous. It looked even better than when I bought it and you would never be able to tell it was resized. They did a beautiful job of polishing the band once completed and I can’t even see where the ring comes together. It was a very well done job.
I don’t have much to compare it to but in my research of finding a ring resizer, this place seemed to take longer (2 weeks) and cost more ($ 118.00). However, it was done right so for a little more time and more money it was definitely worth it to give back a ring to my gf that looked better than when I took it in.

They made this part of the wedding easy. We wanted to get wedding bands that were unique and high quality, and we found them there. Was apprehensive when looking for a jeweler that was gay friendly.
