Completely unreliable.
I called them 12hrs in advance for pick up at 04:15 on the 15^th of December for an early morning flight to JAX airport from the Mayport Naval Station, since they are one of the few cab providers with base access, to make sure I would be able to catch my flight. 04:10 rolls around and no phone call so I called them to make sure someone would come pick me up and around 04:30 they call me back to tell me since it’s such an early flight and the new girl here has no base access if I could walk to the gate so she can pick me up! About a 20 min walk if you do it briskly! I told them that this was complete b.s. and the woman told me have a good day. Now I’m rushing to the airport stressing due to Gator City Taxi being completely unprofessional, incompetent, and unreliable. I will recommend everyone here on base not to ever use them but if you have no choice ask for Mike only. He is the only guy I ever rode with and it’s a damn shame that the company he works for abandons their customers like in my case. I give this the ‘Homer Simpson’ review of seven thumbs down!

There’s not much to really expect of a cab company except punctuality, courtesy, and good driving. Gator Taxi exceeded my expectations by arriving early to pick me up. The driver was courteous and professional. I’d use them again any day.

We used this company and the service wasn’t bad, they came quick and I was able to get the same driver to pick us back up. I must say we are from out of town, I called the same driver tonight but he was too far away so I called dispatch and was told a taxi will be here in 10 to 15 minutes… 3 hours later still no taxi or a phone call, what a crapy company, they will never get my money again. Of course I didn’t wait on them, but it put a huge damper on our plans.

Literally the worst can company I’ve ever used. Unfortunately I’ve used them about 5 times. Minimum 30 minute wait.

Waited 2 ½ hours for a cab with an infant. Every call got the run around. Call Coastal Cab. Immediate service and better rates. Only giving a star because I have to to post the review. Otherwise it would be 0
